Экс-сотрудника института ядерной физики приговорили к семи годам колонии за фейки об армии России

Гатчинский городской суд Ленинградской области России вынес приговор бывшему сотруднику Петербургского института ядерной физики имени Б. П. Константинова Дмитрию Богмуту, признав его виновным в распространении ложной информации о действиях Вооруженных сил России. Об этом сообщила региональная прокуратура, пишет Gazeta.ru.

51-летнего мужчину осудили по статье о публичном распространении заведомо недостоверных сведений об использовании ВС РФ. Суд назначил ему семь лет лишения свободы в колонии общего режима, а также запретил на четыре года заниматься деятельностью, связанной с публикациями в интернете.

Следствие установило, что в период с марта по июнь 2023 года Богмут размещал в сети тексты, видео и изображения с недостоверными данными о ходе специальной военной операции. В одном из материалов говорилось о якобы ракетном ударе по Павлоградскому району Днепропетровской области, что, согласно экспертизе, не соответствовало действительности.

О задержании Богмута стало известно в апреле 2024 года. На тот момент он работал техником в лаборатории нейтронных исследований ПИЯФ, входящего в структуру НИЦ «Курчатовский институт».
