Փաշինյանն ամեն ինչ անում է՝ Ավստրիայում կայանալիք եպիսկոպոսաց ժողովը խափանելու համար

Հայ Առաքելական Եկեղեցու դեմ իր արշավանքում Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն ու նրա խամաճիկը դարձած իրավապահներն արդեն վաղուց հատել են ողջամտության և տրամաբանության բոլոր սահմանները։ Քննչական կոմիտեն երեկ հայտարարեց, որ Քննչական կոմիտեի հատկապես կարևոր գործերի քննության գլխավոր վարչությունում 2026 թ. հունվարի 29-ին նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ՝ իշխանական կամ ծառայողական լիազորությունները կամ դրանցով պայմանավորված ազդեցությունն օգտագործելով դատական ակտը չկատարելու և համակցության հատկանիշներով։

Հունվարի 15-ին Արման Սարոյանը (Գևորգ եպիսկոպոս Սարոյան) հայց էր ներկայացրել դատարան՝ ընդդեմ Հայաստանյայց Առաքելական Սուրբ Եկեղեցու։

Եպիսկոպոսը պահանջում էր անվավեր ճանաչել Մասյացոտնի թեմի առաջնորդի պաշտոնից իրեն ազատելու մասին Գարեգին Բ Ամենայն Հայոց կաթողիկոսի հայրապետական տնօրինությունը և, որպես հետևանք, վերականգնել իրեն Մասյացոտնի թեմի առաջնորդի պաշտոնում։ 2026 թ. հունվարի 10-ին Գարեգին Բ Ամենայն Հայոց կաթողիկոսի հայրապետական տնօրինությամբ Մասյացոտնի թեմի առաջնորդն ազատվել էր թեմակալ առաջնորդի պաշտոնից։

Օրեր անց Արմավիրի մարզի ընդհանուր իրավասության քաղաքացիական դատարանը քաղաքացիական գործի շրջանակում տրված կատարողական թերթով արգելել էր իրականացնել որևէ գործողություն, որը կարող է որևէ կերպ խոչընդոտել Գևորգ եպիսկոպոս Սարոյանին՝ որպես Մասյացոտնի թեմի առաջնորդ, եկեղեցու կանոնադրությամբ, ինչպես նաև կիրառելի այլ կանոններով կատարել թեմի առաջնորդի համար սահմանված իրավասություններն ու պարտականությունները։

Բացի այդ, ըստ դատական ակտի, չպետք է խոչընդոտվեր Մասյացոտնի թեմի ֆինանսական միջոցների տնօրինումը և ֆինանսական գործարքների իրականացումը՝ մինչև գործով եզրափակիչ դատական ակտ կայացնելը։ Հունվարի 27-ին հայտարարվեց, որ հայրապետական տնօրինությամբ կարգալույծ է հռչակվել Գևորգ եպիսկոպոս Սարոյանը, իսկ արդեն հաջորդ օրը նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ։

Փաստաբանները պնդում են, որ թեմի առաջնորդը ոչ թե աշխատանքային պայմանագրով, այլ ուխտով է կապվում Կաթողիկոսի հետ, և այստեղ դատական աշխարհիկ ատյաններն ու Աշխատանքային օրենսգիրքը որևէ կապ չունեն։

Ավելին, վստահ են, որ քրեական վարույթի նպատակն է թույլ չտալ, որ Վեհափառ հայրապետը և Գերագույն հոգևոր խորհրդի անդամները դուրս գան Հայաստանից։ Այս վարկածը համեմատաբար ավելի տրամաբանական է թվում։ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը փորձում է ամեն ինչ անել Ամենայն Հայոց Կաթողիկոսի և այլ եպիսկոպոսների ելքը երկրից թույլ չտալու համար, առավել ևս, որ փետրվարի կեսերին Ավստրիայում կայանալու է եպիսկոպոսաց ժողովը, որտեղ կարող են քննարկել նաև մյուս տիրադավ եպիսկոպոսներին կարգալույծ անելու հարցը։

Իսկ դա կնշանակի, որ Փաշինյանը լուրջ պարտություն է կրել եկեղեցու դեմ իր պատերազմի ճակատամարտերից մեկում։ Եվ այժմ գործող իշխանությունները ոչ միայն փորձում են վնասել Հայ Առաքելական Եկեղեցուն, այլ նաև իրենց կողմը անցած հոգևորականներին ցույց տալ, թե կանգնած են նրանց թիկունքին։ Հակառակ պարագայում նույնիսկ տիրադավ եպիսկոպոսներն ու քահանաները ի վերջո կհասկանան, որ իրենց շահերից է բխում վերադառնալ եկեղեցու գիրկը։
