Հաջորդ իշխանության հավակնորդները պետք է ճիշտ ձևակերպեն հաջորդ իշխանության առաքելությունը, և այդ պարագայում կհաջողեն։

Գրել է «Այլընտրանքային նախագծեր» խմբի անդամ Վահե Հովհաննիսյանը։

«Բոլորովին այլ ընտրություններ․

1. Եթե առաջատար քաղաքական ուժերը որպես սկզբունքային կետ ընդունեն, որ մինչև 2018-ի Հայաստանն այլևս չկա, և ո´չ տարածաշրջանն է նախկինը, ու ոչ էլ՝ աշխարհը, սա լավ հիմք կլինի՝ առկա իրողությունների վրա Հայաստանի հետպատերազմյան վերականգնմանը գնալու։

2. Եթե լայն հասարակությանը կարողանանք բացատրել, որ իրենից նախ և առաջ ընտրություն է պահանջվում, ու հետո միայն՝ քվեարկություն, մենք նախքան հունիսը կունենանք մթնոլորտի էական փոփոխություն։ Իսկ մթնոլորտի փոփոխությունը հաջողության թիվ մեկ նախապայմանն է։ Ընտրություն՝ քո երեխայի ապագա երկրի էության մասին։

3. Եթե մեր ընտրական վերնախավերն իրենք գիտակցեն և կարողանան մարդկանց բացատրել, որ հիմա աշխարհը թևակոխել է «հատուկ օպերացիաների» միջազգային հարաբերությունների փուլ, որտեղ ուժեղը, ըստ էության մի կարճ շրջան նախապատրաստությունից հետո, անում է ամենաանհավանական գործողությունները (Արցախ, Գազա, Վենեսուելա, Գրելանդիա, գուցե՝ Իրան), ապա մեր հասարակությունը նկատելիորեն կզգաստանա՝ հասկանալով, որ թվացյալ խաղաղությունը հաշված ժամերի ընթացքում կարող է վերափոխվել այլ պատմության։

4. Հաջորդ իշխանության հավակնորդները պետք է ճիշտ ձևակերպեն հաջորդ իշխանության առաքելությունը, և այդ պարագայում կհաջողեն։ Բայց ձևակերպումը պետք է իսկապես ճիշտ և ազնիվ լինի։ Այս առաքելությունը շատ սահմանափակ է, բայց և պատմական. պետք է ոսկերչական ճշգրտությամբ Հայաստանը հանել գերտերությունների բախման տիրույթից, գրագետ կառավարել այսօրվա «Չպատերազմ» իրավիճակը, վերջ դնել հանրության ներսում պառակտմանն ու թշնամանքին, ներքին համերաշխություն հիմքի վրա, ներքին համակեցության նոր կանոններով սկսել երկրի հետպատերազմյան վերականգնումը։

5. Եթե մենք հասկանանք, թե ինչ վտանգավոր բանի մասին է խոսում փաստը, որ հասարակության մոտ 60 տոկոսը դեռ չի որոշել՝ գնալու է ընտրության, թե ոչ, իր համար ընտրությունը կարևոր է, թե ոչ, թե ինչի մասին է այս ընտրությունը, ապա մենք ավելի լրջորեն կմոտենանք իրականությանը և ավելի լրջորեն մեզ կտրամադրենք աշխատանքի»։
