Եվրոպան Փաշինյանին ապօրինությունների քարտ–բլանշ է տալու

Հայաստանի արտգործնախարար Արարատ Միրզոյանը երեկ ԵԽԽՎ նստաշրջանում ուշագրավ հայտարարություններ է արել։ Մասնավորապես հայտարարել է, թե որքան մոտենան խորհրդարանական ընտրությունները, հիբրիդային հարձակումները կավելանան։

«Ազատության թշնամիները քնած չեն ընտրություններից 4 ամիս առաջ»,– Միրզոյանը հնարավոր միջամտություններին է անդրադարձել՝ առանց հստակեցնելու, թե ում նկատի ունի։

«Նրանք պատրաստ են միլիոնավոր դոլարներ ներդնել քարոզչական ու միջամտության անօրինական սխեմաների մեջ։ Տիրապետում են գրեթե անսահմանափակ լրատվական ռեսուրսների, ցանկանում են խաթարել մեր ինքնիշխան ընտրությունը խաղաղության ու ժողովրդավարության համար։ Ցանկանում են վերադարձնել ավտորիտարիզմի, հարևանների հետ անվերջ հակամարտության և թույլ ինքնիշխանության խավարը։ Նրանք ցանկանում են օգտագործել ժողովրդավարության գործիքները՝ ժողովրդավարությունը ոչնչացնելու համար։ Իհարկե, առաջանում է դիլեմա՝ մի կողմից խոսքի ազատության պահպանման, լրատվամիջոցների բազմակարծության, մյուս կողմից՝ չարամիտ անձանց դեմ պայքարելու վճռականության։ Բայց ես այստեղ եմ ասելու՝ նրանք չեն հաջողի»,– ԵԽԽՎ-ում հայտարարել է ՀՀ ԱԳ նախարարը։

Ուշագրավ է, որ ԵԽԽՎ–ում ելույթ է ունեցել նաև Մոլդովայի նախագահ Մայա Սանդուն՝ քննադատելով Վրաստանին, թե Ռուսաստանը Վրաստանին վերադարձրել է իր ազդեցության ուղեծիր՝ որպես զենք օգտագործելով պատերազմի վախը։ Նա հայտարարել է, թե Ռուսաստանը պատերազմ է մղում ժողովրդավարության դեմ, և հիմա «Հայաստանն է դառնում նույն ռազմավարության թիրախը»։

Եվրոպան վաղուց է հայտարարել, որ մոլդովական սցենար են կիրառելու Հայաստանում՝ դրա համար ոչինչ չխնայելով։ Եվ Մոլդովայի նախագահի ու ՀՀ ԱԳ նախարարի հայտարարությունները, նախօրեին ընդունված ԵԽԽՎ բանաձևը վկայում են, որ Ռուսաստանի դեմ պայքարում ոչինչ չեն խնայելու, Փաշինյանին էլ քարտ-բլանշ են տալու ցանկացած ապօրինություն իրականացնելու համար։
