Արևային վահանակները ավելի երկարակյաց են դարձել նանոխողովակների միջոցով

Չինաստանի գիտությունների ակադեմիայի մետալուրգիայի ինստիտուտի և Չժենչժոուի համալսարանի մի խումբ հայտնել է, որ ճկուն պերովսկիտային արևային մոդուլներում հասել են ավելի քան 20% էներգիայի փոխակերպման արդյունավետության: Մշակման հիմնական տարրը միաշերտ ածխածնային նանոխողովակներից (SWCNT) պատրաստված թաղանթներն են, գրում է 4pda.to–ն:
