Իրականում կենսաթոշակը ոչ թե բարձրացել է, այլ նվազել. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Իշխանությունները պարբերաբար փորձում են հանրությանը ներկայացնել, թե իրենք կենսաթոշակը բարձրացրել են, պարզապես՝ «ոչ ուղիղ», այլ «միջնորդավորված»: Նկատի ունեն, մասնավորաբար, հետվճարների համակարգը:

Մասնագետները, սակայն, պնդում են, որ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի օրոք կենսաթոշակի բարձրացում փաստացի չի եղել: Նախ՝ հետվճարների համակարգի պարագայում կենսաթոշակառուները չնչին գումարներ կարող են հետ ստանալ՝ հաշվի առնելով, որ հիմնական ծախսերը, ասենք՝ կոմունալ վճարներ և այլն, հետվճար չեն նախատեսում: Երկրորդ՝ ինչպես նշում է «Հայաստանը ես եմ» նախաձեռնության ղեկավար Նաիրի Սարգսյանը, 2026 թվականի բյուջեով 20 մլրդ դրամ է առանձնացված թոշակառուների անկանխիկ վճարումներից առաջացած հետվճարի համար։ «Եթե այս թիվը բաժանում ենք կենսաթոշակառուների թվաքանակի վրա, ստացվում է ամսական յուրաքանչյուր կենսաթոշակառուին 3 333 դրամ: Ընդ որում, սա՝ լավագույն դեպքում։ Այս մանիպուլ յացիան թոշակների բարձրացման հետ կապելն ուղղակի ամոթ է»,- ասում է նա։

Ինչ վերաբերում է ընդհանուր բարձրացման թեմային, ապա Սարգսյանը նշում է, որ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի կառավարման տարիներին գնաճը կազմել է մոտ 30 տոկոս: Բայց սա վերաբերում է 450 ապրանքախմբերի գնաճին, այնինչ առաջին անհրաժեշտության ապրանքների գնաճը կազմել է մոտ 40 տոկոս: Այսինքն, 40 հազար դրամ միջին կենսաթոշակն արժեզրկվել է 16 հազար դրամով: «Փաստացի 8 տարի առաջ 40 հազար դրամը 16 հազար դրամով ավելի գնողունակ էր, քան հիմա: Եթե նույնիսկ հանենք վերը նշված 3333 դրամ հետվճարը, նաև այն 2000 դրամը, որ չափով իրենց կառավարման շրջանում կենսաթոշակ են բարձրացրել, ստացվում է, որ այդ 40 հազար դրամը 10-11 հազար դրամով պակաս գնողունակ է: Այսինքն, Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն ու իր կառավարությունը կենսաթոշակը ոչ միայն չեն բարձրացրել, այլև նվազեցրել են 10-11 հազար դրամով»,-«Փաստի» հետ զրույցում ասում է Նաիրի Սարգսյանը:
