Երգչուհի Լիդուշիկի հոր` Հրաչյա Առաքելյանի կողմից կրակոցների գործը կարճվեց: Ինչպես հայտնի է՝ սեպտեմբերի 26-ին Լենինգրադյան փողոցի «Հին թոնրատուն» արագ սննդի կետում կրակոցներ էին հնչել, որից հետո իրավապահները բերման էին ենթարկել «Հին թոնրատուն» արագ սննդի կետի տնօրեն, 43-ամյա Հրաչյա Առաքելյանին: Ավելի ուշ Առաքելյանը իրավապահներին ասել էր, թե գազային ատրճանակով է կրակել, քանի որ շներն հավաքվել էին թոնրատան մոտ եւ խանգարել էին այնտեղ գտնվող քաղաքացիներին: Ինչեւէ, կատարվածից հետո ոստիկանությունում հետաքննություն էր սկսվել: Եվ ահա երեկ ոստիկանության հասարակայնության հետ կապերի եւ լրատվության վարչությունից տեղեկացանք, որ հոկտեմբեր 7-ին որոշում է կայացվել տեղի ունեցած կրակոցների մասով քրեական գործի հարուցումը մերժել ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքի 35 հոդվածի 1-ին մասի 2-րդ կետով` քրեական գործ չի կարող հարուցվել եւ քրեական հետապնդում չի կարող իրականացվել, իսկ հարուցված քրեական գործի վարույթը ենթակա է կարճման, եթե արարքի մեջ հանցակազմ չկա:
