Մեր նաhատակներն ընկել են, որ Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունը բարձրանա․ Նիկոլ Փաշինյան

Մեր նահատակներն ընկել են, որ Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունը բարձրանա։ Այս մասին գրել է ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը։

«Սիրելի՛ ժողովուրդ, Հայաստանի Հանրապետության սիրելի՛ քաղաքացիներ,

Հանուն հայրենիքի զոհվածների հիշատակի եւ խոնարհման օրն է այսօր։ Հայաստանի Հանրապետության Ազգային ժողովի կողմից այն սահմանվել է մեր երկրի բանակի տոնի նախօրյակին եւ քաղաքացիներն արդեն սկսել են հունվարի 27–ն անվանել երկնային բանակի օր։

Ժողովրդական այս ձեւակերպման մեջ մեծ սեր կա, մեր իրականության մեջ մեծ սեր կա հանուն հայրենիքի իրենց կյանքը տված նահատակների նկատմամբ եւ մեծ պատասխանատվություն։ Յուրաքանչյուր ընկած զինվոր մեզնից յուրաքանչյուրի ընտանիքի անդամ է դառնում, եւ սա այն ակնհայտ գիտակցության բերումով, որ նա զոհվել է հանուն մեզ, հանուն մեզնից յուրաքանչյուրի։

Հանուն հայրենիքի զոհվածների հիշատակը եւ նրանց առաջ խոնարհվելը մեր պարտքն է, սա է պատճառը, որ հիշատակի պետական օր է սահմանվել։ Բայց այս օրից այնկողմ մեր պատասխանատվությունը չի նվազում, այլ ընդհակառակը՝ ավելանում է պատասխանատվությունն այն բանի համար, որ մեր նահատակների զոհողություններն իզուր չլինեն։

Մեզ պատահած աղետներից հետո ամեն օր, ամեն Աստծո օր Կառավարությունն ու խորհրդարանական մեծամասնությունը ջանք են դրել՝ գտնելու մի շատ կարեւոր հարցի պատասխան․ իսկ ի՞նչ պետք է անել, ինչպե՞ս անել, որ մեր նահատակների զոհողություններն ապրեցնող լինեն եւ ոչ թե կոտրող։

Այս հարցին տրվել է հստակ եւ աներկբա պատասխան․ մեր նահատակներն ընկել են, որ Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունը բարձրանա։ Եվ, հետեւաբար պետությունը՝ զարգացած, ուժեղ, անվտանգ, բարեկեցիկ ու երջանիկ Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունն է մեր նահատակների հիշատակն ամենածանրակշիռ կերպով հավերժացնող եւ նրանց հետնորդներին ապրեցնող ամենատեսանելի հուշարձանը։

Եվ մենք այսօր կենտրոնացած ենք հենց այս խնդրի վրա․ Հայաստանի Հանրապետության հարատեւությունը, մեր պետականության ու նրա ինստիտուտների ուժեղացումը, պետությունը քաղաքացիների անվտանգության ու բարեկեցության աշխատող գործիք դարձնելը, մեր երկրի անկախությունը, ինքնիշխանությունը, տարածքային ամբողջականությունն ու սահմանների անձեռնմխելիությունն ամրացնելը, երկրային բանակի շարունակական զարգացումն է այն անելիքը, որը մեզ հնարավորություն կտա նայել դեպի երկինք՝ մեր երկնային բանակին եւ ժպիտ ստանալ ի պատասխան։

Սիրելի՛ իմ եղբայրներ և քույրեր, Դուք իզուր չեք ընկել, Ձեր զոհողությունը նոր գիտակցություն է ստեղծել, Ձեր զոհողությունը բացել է մեր աչքերը, պարզեցրել մեր միտքը, ամրացրել մեր կամքը՝ ուժեղացնելու մեր պետությունը, կերտելու պետականակենտրոն մի ճանապարհ, որը բարեկեցության, անվտանգության, երջանկության, խաղաղության ճանապարհ է Հայաստանի Հանրապետության ու նրա քաղաքացիների համար։

Արցունքների միջով մենք ժպտում ենք Ձեզ եւ խոնարհվում Ձեր հարազատների առաջ։ Եվ ծնկի ենք գալիս Ձեր առաջ։

Եվ կեցցե՛ Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունը»,-գրել է  նա։
