Էս մարզում մենակ Արծվանիստում ճանապարհ չկա. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Գեղարքունիքի մարզի Արծվանիստ համայնքում ճանապարհ չկա: Փողոցներն ամբողջությամբ քանդուքարափ վիճակում են:

«էս մարզում մենակ Արծվանիստում ճանապարհ չկա: Ինչ սովետը քանդվել է, ասֆալտ չկա: Սաղ մարզում ասֆալտ է թափած, բացի մեր գեղից: Արծվանիստի տեղն իմացող չկա»,– «Փաստ» օրաթերթի թղթակցի հետ զրույցում բողոքեցին Արծվանիստի բնակիչները:

Գյուղացիների խոսքով` համայնքի ղեկավարը բոլոր ատյաններում ներկայացրել է ճանապարհների անմխիթար վիճակը, բայց` անօգուտ: Ոչ ոք ուշադրություն չի դարձնում: Համայնքապետարանը բյուջեով միայն կարողացել է Արծվանիստի կենտրոնական փողոցը լուսավորել, ճանապարհի ասֆալտապատումը դեռ մնացել է թղթի վրա գրված:

«Սաղ էլ գիտեն՝ ինչ վիճակ է, չեն անում»,– բորբոքվեց համայնքի բնակիչ Զավեն Քոլոզյանը:

Ձյան ու անձրևի ժամանակ գյուղացիները չեն կարողանում գյուղում շարժվել: Նրանց խոսքով` այստեղ միայն «Ուրալ» և «Վիլիս» մակնիշի մեքենաներով կարող ես գյուղի մի մասից մյուսը տեղափոխվել:

Տղամարդկանց մեծ մասը Ռուսաստանի Դաշնությունում է փող վաստակում: Նրանք այնտեղից վաստակած գումարով նաև մեքենաներ են Արծվանիստ բերում: Քանդված ճանապարհներին, սակայն, ավտոմեքենաները երկար չեն դիմանում:

«Կեթան Ռուսաստան կաշխատեն, մի հատ սիրուն «մաշնա» կբերեն, գյուղում կքշեն, որ ժողովրդին ցույց տան, էն էլ ճանապարհներին չի դիմանում՝ ջարդվում է: Սաղ «գլուշիտելով», բանով ջարդվում է: Մի անգամ քշում են, ավտոյի տակը ջարդվում է»,– բողոքեցին արծվանիստցիները:

Ճանապարհների պատճառով զբոսաշրջիկները չեն կարողանում հասնել այստեղ գտնվող Վանեվան վանք:

«Տուրիստները գալիս են, մնում են գյուղամիջում կանգնած, ճամփա չկա, որ գնան եկեղեցին տեսնեն»,– ասացին նրանք:

Սևանա լճի ափամերձ հատվածում տեղակայված համայնքի ծայրամասում կանգուն է Վանեվան վանքը, որի համալիրի մեջ է մտնում սբ Գրիգոր Լուսավորիչ եկեղեցին: Վանեվանը տարվա երեք եղանակներին տեսնել չես կարող:

Ճանապարհն այնքան վատ վիճակում է, որ ձյան կամ անձրևի դեպքում անանցանելի է դառնում: Ավտոմեքենայով տեղ հասնելու համար էլ մեքենան է շարքից դուրս գալիս:

«Լևոնի ժամանակներից խոստացել են սարքել, բայց էդպես էլ էդ մի քանի մետր ճանապարհը չսարքեցին: Զբոսաշրջիկ է գալիս՝ ամաչում ես»,– գանգատվեցին մեր զրուցակիցները: Նրանք նաև նշեցին, որ արդեն 20 տարուց ավելի է պետությունն իր տված խոստումը չի կատարում: Միայն ընտրությունից ընտրություն պաշտոն զբաղեցնելու ցանկություն ունեցողները հայտնվում են Արծվանիստում, խոստումներ շռայլում ու անվերադարձ հեռանում:
