Թրամփի երկիմաստ գրառումը. Զենք՝ Ադրբեջանին, էներգիա՝ Հայաստանին

Միացյալ Նահանգների նախագահ Դոնալդ Թրամփը գրել է, թե փոխնախագահ Ջեյ Դի Վենսը փետրվարին կայցելի Հայաստան և Ադրբեջան՝ առաջ մղելու Թրամփի ուղին՝ միջազգային խաղաղության և բարգավաճման համար։ Դավոսում հանդիպում ունենալով միայն Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիևի հետ՝ Թրամփն այժմ էլ շնորհակալություն է հայտնել Ադրբեջանի նախագահին ու Հայաստանի վարչապետին՝ օգոստոսի 8-ին ստորագրված խաղաղության համաձայնագիրը պահպանելու համար։

«Մենք կխորացնենք մեր ռազմավարական գործընկերությունը Ադրբեջանի հետ, կկնքենք խաղաղ միջուկային համագործակցության հիանալի համաձայնագիր Հայաստանի հետ, պայմանագրեր՝ մեր մեծ կիսահաղորդչային արտադրողների համար, ինչպես նաև կվաճառենք ԱՄՆ-ում արտադրված պաշտպանական սարքավորումներ, ինչպիսիք են զրահաբաճկոնները և նավակները, և ավելին՝ Ադրբեջանին»,– գրել է ԱՄՆ նախագահը, և նրա այս մեկ տողը լիովին բացահայտում է Միացյալ Նահանգների իրական նպատակները։

Ռազմական սպառազինություն վաճառելով միայն Ադրբեջանին՝ Թրամփը պարզապես տնտեսական կախվածության մեջ է գցում Հայաստանին։ Հիշեցնենք՝ ավելի վաղ հայտնի է դարձել Հայաստանում կես միլիարդ դոլար ներդնելու մասին՝ NVIDIA-ի գործարան կառուցելու նպատակով։ «Խաղաղ միջուկային համագործակցության հիանալի համաձայնագիրն» էլ, որի մասին նշում է ԱՄՆ նախագահը, ըստ ամենայնի, մոդուլային ատոմակայաններին է վերաբերում։ Հայաստանի իշխանությունները վաղուց նպատակ ունեն Հայաստանում նոր ատոմակայան կառուցել և հայտարարել էին, որ բանակցություններ են վարում մի քանի երկրների, այդ թվում՝ Ռուսաստանի հետ։

Ըստ ամենայնի, Վենսը հենց Հայաստանում փորձելու է կանխել ռուսական ատոմակայան կառուցելու հնարավորությունը՝ Հայաստանին նոր պայմանագիր պարտադրելով։ Ամեն կերպ ուժեղացնելով Ադրբեջանին ռազմական առումով, Հայաստանին էլ տնտեսական կախվածության մեջ գցելով՝ Միացյալ Նահանգները պարզապես նոր դավադրություն է ձևակերպում՝ պարզ ասած, Հայաստանին դարձնելով Թուրքիայի և Ադրբեջանի կցորդը։ Իհարկե, գործող իշխանությունները՝ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի գլխավորությամբ, հրաշալի հասկանում են այս հանգամանքը։

Բայց և սեփական իշխանությունը պահպանելու մոլուցքով տառապելով՝ ամեն ինչ անում են ամերիկյան կողմի ցանկություններն իրականություն դարձնելու համար, իսկ թե ինչ հետևանքներ դա կունենա Հայաստանի համար, որևէ մեկին փաշինյանական իշխանությունից չի հետաքրքրում։
