Վեհափառի օրհնությամբ լույս է ընծայել Արցախի մշակութային ժառանգության nչնչացման մասին ուսումնասիրությունը

Օրհնությամբ Ն.Ս.Օ.Տ.Տ. Գարեգին Բ Ծայրագույն Պատրիարք և Ամենայն Հայոց Կաթողիկոսի՝ Մայր Աթոռ Սուրբ Էջմիածնի հրատարակչությունը լույս է ընծայել պ․գ․թ․ Արմինե Տիգրանյանի «Արցախի մշակութային Ժառանգության ոչնչացման և բռնայուրացման՝ Ադրբեջանի քաղաքականությունը (2020-2025 թթ․)» վերնագրով ուսումնասիրությունը։ Այս մասին հայտնում են Մայր Աթոռ Սուրբ Էջմիածնի հրատարակչությունից:

Սույն ուսումնասիրությամբ հեղինակն անդրադարձել է 2020-2025 թթ․ Ադրբեջանի սանձազերծած պատերազմների, էթնիկ զտման և ռասայական խտրականության հետևանքով Արցախի պատմական հայկական մշակութային ժառանգության համակարգված ոչնչացման և յուրացման քաղաքականությանը, մշակութային ժառանգության միջազգային պաշտպանության գործիքակազմին։

Մենագրության մեջ քննվում են զինված հակամարտությունների ժամանակ մշակութային արժեքների պաշտպանության միջազգային համակարգը, Ադրբեջանի կողմից 44-օրյա պատերազմի ընթացքում և դրանից հետո Արցախի հայկական մշակութային ժառանգության՝ միջազգային սկզբունքների դիտանկյունից անօրինական թիրախավորման դեպքերը, դրա ոչնչացման և յուրացման միջոցները: Ներկայացվում են մշակութային արժեքների պաշտպանության միջազգային կանոնակարգերը, իրավական և հումանիտար գործիքակազմը (միջազգային կոնվենցիաներ, հռչակագրեր, բանաձևեր, կանոնադրություններ, սովորութային նորմեր)՝ ի պաշտպանություն Ադրբեջանի կողմից վանդալիզմի ենթարկված Արցախի հայկական մշակութային ժառանգության։ Ակադեմիական հոդվածների, գրքերի, ՅՈՒՆԵՍԿՕ-ի, ՄԱԿ-ի, ԻԿՕՄՕՍ-ի, Եվրոպայի խորհրդի, Եվրոպական խորհրդարանի բանաձևերի, Հռոմի կանոնադրության, տեսական և իրավական համապատասխան փաստաթղթերի ուսումնասիրությունը հնարավորություն է տվել գտնելու Արցախի մշակութային ժառանգության պաշտպանության ուղիները՝ համամարդկային արժեքների պահպանության կարևորության, անկախ քաղաքական իրավիճակից միջազգային հումանիտար իրավունքի գործարկման, մշակույթի իրավունքի հարգման շարակարգում։

Նախատեսված է մշակութային ժառանգության պահպանությամբ զբաղվող մասնագետների, պետական կառույցների, գիտական հաստատությունների, ուսանողների և արցախահայության մշակութային ժառանգության պաշտպանությամբ ու պահպանությամբ մտահոգ ընթերցողների լայն շրջանակի համար։
