Թրամփը նոր «ՄԱԿ» է ստեղծում՝ իր կողմը քաշելով Փաշինյանին ու Ալիևին

Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը ստացել է ԱՄՆ նախագահ Դոնալդ Թրամփի պաշտոնական հրավերը՝ Խաղաղության խորհրդին որպես հիմնադիր անդամ միանալու վերաբերյալ։ Վարչապետի խոսնակ Նազելի Բաղդասարյանի փոխանցմամբ՝ Փաշինյանն ընդունել է առաջարկը՝ վերահաստատելով Հայաստանի հանձնառությունը խաղաղության առաջմղմանը։ Թրամփի «Խաղաղության խորհուրդը» ներկայանում է որպես նոր միջազգային խաղաղապահ մարմին։

The New York Times-ը, որ ծանոթացել է խորհրդի կանոնադրությանը, գրում է՝ Թրամփը հրավիրում է երկրներին միանալ երեք տարվա ժամկետից ավելի, եթե նրանք պատրաստ են առաջին տարում վճարել ավելի քան մեկ միլիարդ դոլար։ Մեկ միլիարդ դոլար վճարելու մասին լուրը ավելի վաղ հայտնել էր նաև Bloomberg-ը, սակայն մի շարք երկրների ղեկավարներ արդեն իսկ հերքել են այդ տեղեկությունը։ Խորհուրդը սկզբնապես նախատեսված էր Գազայի վերակառուցումը վերահսկելու համար, սակայն դրա կանոնադրությունում չի հիշատակվում պաղեստինյան անկլավը, ինչը ենթադրում է հնարավոր ավելի լայն մանդատ։

Ներկայումս գործող միջազգային խոշոր կազմակերպությունների նկատմամբ Դոնալդ Թրամփի ունեցած թերահավատությունը կամ, ավելի ճիշտ, գրեթե թշնամական վերաբերմունքը որևէ մեկի մոտ հարցեր չի առաջացնում, և ըստ էության այդ «Խաղաղության խորհուրդը» Միացյալ Նահանգների նախագահն օգտագործելու է նոր համաշխարհային կազմակերպություն ստեղծելու, այդ կերպ Միավորված ազգերի կազմակերպության դերը նսեմացնելու համար, առավել ևս որ Միացյալ Նահանգները դուրս են գալիս հիմնական միջազգային կազմակերպություններից և փորձում ստեղծել միաբևեռ աշխարհ, որտեղ հեգեմոնը լինելու է միայն Միացյալ Նահանգները։

Եվ այս առումով Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի միացումը կարող է թշնամաբար ընդունվել տարբեր գերտերությունների և տարածաշրջանային տերությունների կողմից, որոնք ոչ միայն չեն ցանկանում Միավորված ազգերի կազմակերպության դերի թուլացում, այլ նաև միաբևեռ աշխարհ, և սա ավելի շուտ ռիսկեր է առաջացնելու մեր տարածաշրջանի համար, քան օգուտներ է տալու։
