Հովիկ Աբրահամյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

Շնորհավորում եմ Տեղական ինքնակառավարման մարմինների բոլոր ներկայացուցիչներին իրենց ամենօրյա աշխատանքը մեծարող տոնի կապակցությամբ։
Երբ ավելի քան երկու տասնամյակ առաջ մենք սկսում էինք տեղական ինքնակառավարման համակարգի ձևավորումը, շատ լավ հասկանում էինք, որ այն պետք է դառնա մեր յուրաքանչյուր քաղաքացու հոգսերի ու խնդիրների դեմ պայքարի առաջին գիծը։ Չէ՞ որ հենց այս համակարգն է ամեն մի հայաստանցու մտահոգություններին ու երազանքներին ամենամոտ կանգնած իշխանական ինստիտուտը։
Այսօր, տարիներ այց, մենք արձանագրում ենք, որ ունենք արդեն ոտքի վրա ամուր կանգնած, բայցև անընդհատ զարգացող տեղական ինքնակառավարման համակարգ, որը մոտ ապագայում դեռ նոր վերելքներ պիտի հաղթահարի։
Այս ամենը հնարավոր չէր լինի, եթե մեր համաքաղաքացիները քայլ առ քայլ չհամոզվեին, որ իրենց մասնակցությունը կառավարման խնդիրներում իսկապես շատ կարևոր է։ Այս ամեն հնարավոր չէր լինի նաև առանց տեղական ինքնակառավարման մարմինների ներկայացուցիչների ամենօրյա հետևողական աշխատանքի։ Խնդիրներ շատ ենք ունեցել։ Այսօր էլ քիչ չեն։ Բայց մի բան հստակ է՝ մենք գնում ենք ճիշտ ճանապարհով և հեռուն ենք գնալու։
Կրկին շնորհավորում եմ Տեղական ինքնակառավարման մարմինների բոլոր ներկայացուցիչներին մասնագիտական տոնի կապակցությամբ։ Թող ձեր աշխատանքին միշտ ուղեկից լինեն ձեր քայլերով հպարտ ձեր համաքաղաքացիների հիացական հայացքները:
