Պաշտպանեք ձեր WhatsApp-ի հաշիվները. ՆԳՆ-ն զգուշացնում է

Վերջին օրերին ՀՀ-ում կրկին նկատվում է WhatsApp հավելվածի հաշիվների զանգվածային «գողություն», որի դեպքում հանցագործներին անհրաժեշտ չէ, որ դուք սեղմեք որևէ հղման կամ նրանց փոխանցեք SMS հաղորդագրության միջոցով ստացած կոդը։ Այս մասին իրազեկում է ՆԳՆ-ն՝ խորհուրդ է տալիս երկփուլանի անվտանգություն միացնել:

«Տեխնիկական «լեզվով» ասված՝ հանցագործները կարողանում են թիրախավորել բջջային ցանցերի SS7 պրոտոկոլը (շատ պարզ՝ բջջային օպերատորների միջև գործող «փոստային ծառայությունը») և որսալ միջազգային բջջային ընկերությունից ուղարկված SMS հաղորդագրությունները:

Ինչպե՞ս պաշտպանվել

Միակ և ամենաարդյունավետ միջոցը Երկփուլանի անվտանգության (Two-step verification) միացումն է։ Նույնիսկ եթե հանցագործներին հաջողվի մուտք գործել ձեր հաշիվ, նրանք չեն կարողանա օգտագործել այն առանց ձեր սահմանած PIN կոդի։

Ինչպե՞ս միացնել

  1. Բացեք WhatsApp-ը և գնացեք Settings (Կարգավորումներ).
  2. Ընտրեք Account (Հաշիվ) բաժինը.
  3. Սեղմեք Two-step verification (Երկփուլանի ամվտանգություն).
  4. Սեղմեք Turn on և սահմանեք 6 նիշանոց PIN կոդ (անպայման հիշեք այն).
  5. Ավելացրեք ձեր էլեկտրոնային հասցեն՝ կոդը մոռանալու դեպքում վերականգնելու համար։

Եթե հանկարծ WhatsApp-ից SMS-ի միջոցով ստանում եք որևէ կոդ, և ձեր հավելվածը հանկարծակի դուրս է գալիս հաշվից, անմիջապես փորձեք վերականգնել այն (կրկին Ձեր հեռախոսահամարի միջոցով փորձեք գրանցվել) և տեղեկացրեք ձեր մտերիմներին, որ ձեր անունից կարող են կեղծ հաղորդագրություններ ուղարկվել։
