Առաջարկում ենք Իրանի հետ ստեղծել խոշոր էներգետիկ համակարգ․ Նարեկ Կարապետյան

Վերջին տարիներին շրջաններում արտադրությունն ու արդյունաբերությունն անկում են ապրել։ Այս մասին գործարար Սամվել Կարապետյանի տնտեսական ծրագրի շնորհանդեսի ժամանակ հայտարարել է «Մեր ձևով» շարժման համակարգող Նարեկ Կարապետյանը՝ ներկայացնելով Սամվել Կարապետյանի հինգ քայլից բաղկացած տնտեսական ծրագիրը։

«Մենք առաջարկել ենք Հայաստանում նավթավերամշակման գործարան կառուցել, որը նավթը կբերի գրեթե երկու անգամ ավելի ցածր գնով և կվերամշակի տեղում։ Սա կլինի տարեկան մոտ կես միլիարդ դոլարի շրջանառություն ունեցող ձեռնարկություն»,- նշել է Նարեկ Կարապետյանը։

Նա անդրադարձել է նաև գազի ներմուծման խնդրին՝ նշելով, որ Հայաստանը տարեկան ներմուծում է մոտ կես միլիարդ դոլարի գազ, այն դեպքում, երբ ունի համագործակցության հնարավորություն Իրանի հետ։

«Իրանի հետ ունենք «գազ՝ էլեկտրաէներգիայի դիմաց» պայմանագիր։ Մենք առաջարկում ենք Իրանից ստացված գազով ստեղծել ջերմաէլեկտրակայաններ։ Իրանն այդ տեխնոլոգիաներին մուտք չունի սահմանափակումների պատճառով, իսկ Հայաստանն ունի։ Այդ կերպ Իրանի սահմանին կարող ենք ստեղծել մեծ էներգետիկ համակարգ, որը մեր երկրին կբերի տարեկան մոտ կես միլիարդ դոլար։ Սա համադրելի է թոշակային ֆոնդի ծավալների հետ»,- ասել է Կարապետյանը։

Նրա խոսքով՝ մեծ արդյունաբերական և գեներացնող պոտենցիալ ստեղծելու դեպքում Հայաստանը կունենա գրեթե անվճար գազ։

Ներկայացնելով Սամվել Կարապետյանի տնտեսական ծրագրի հիմնական կետերը՝ Նարեկ Կարապետյանը նշել է․

«Մեր առաջին քայլն է ստեղծել 300 հազար նոր աշխատատեղ Հայաստանում։

Երկրորդ քայլով Հայաստանում փոքր բիզնեսը ազատելու ենք հարկերից, որպեսզի հնարավորություն տանք դրանք զարգանան։

Երրորդ քայլով ապահովելու ենք, որ Հայաստանում դեղերի գները նվազեն։

Չորրորդ քայլով նախատեսվում է ստեղծել մթերման կայաններ, իսկ հինգերորդ քայլով ապահովելու ենք 20 հազար նոր մատչելի բնակարաններ՝ երիտասարդ, բազմազավակ ընտանիքների համար, որպեսզի այս հարցը մեկընդմիշտ լուծվի»։
