Россия может увеличить срок пребывания в стране перевозчиков из Армении

В МВД России подготовили законопроект о повышении срока временного пребывания международных водителей из безвизовых стран ( в том числе из Армении – ред.) до 180 дней в году при условии своевременной подачи заявления на портале «Госуслуги». Соответствующий документ опубликован на портале нормативно-правовых актов. Сейчас для них действует общий лимит в 90 суток, передает «Ведомости».

Проект постановления правительства, разработанный во исполнение поручения вице-премьера Алексея Оверчука, направлен на решение проблемы исчерпания разрешенного срока у водителей, чьи маршруты проходят через Белоруссию и требуют много времени на прохождение пограничного и таможенного контроля. Им, в отличие от трудовых мигрантов, не оформляются документы для работы в РФ, что не позволяет продлить пребывание.

Для получения расширенного срока водителю необходимо будет подать через «Госуслуги» заявление о въезде с приложением копий паспорта и документов, подтверждающих международную перевозку. Идентификация будет осуществляться в базах МВД путем сопоставления факта подачи заявления и цели поездки «водитель». Если заявление не подано, срок пребывания будет исчисляться в общем порядке – до 90 суток.
