Եվրոպական կրկնակի ստանդարտներ. ԵՄ-ն չի տեսնում քաղբնտարկյալների առկայությունը

Հայաստանի նախկին իշխանությունների օրոք արևմտյան կառույցներն ու այդ թվում՝ Եվրամիության պաշտոնական ներկայացուցչությունը, առիթը բաց չէին թողնում քննադատական հայտարարություններ անելու, իշխանություններին էլ մեղադրելու քաղբանտարկյալներ ունենալու մեջ, առանձին դրվագներով էլ հայտարարություններ էին տարածում։ Իրավիճակը կտրուկ փոխվեց 2018 թվականի իշխանափոխությունից հետո, երբ բոլոր այդ «սկզբունքային» կառույցները հանկարծ վերածվեցին գործող իշխանությունների աջակիցների, իսկ փաշինյանական իշխանության ապօրինությունները աշխատում են չտեսնել։

Հայաստանում Եվրամիության դեսպան Վասիլիս Մառագոսը նույնիսկ չի էլ թաքցնում իրենց կառույցի պաշտոնական քաղաքականությունը այդ հարցում․ լրատվամիջոցներից մեկի դիտարկմանը, թե Հայաստանում 60 քաղբանտարկյալ կա, իսկ Եվրամիությունը լռություն է պահպանում, Մարագոսը հայտարարել է. «Մենք ակնկալում ենք, որ իշխանությունները կիրառեն բոլոր այն չափանիշները, որոնք պահանջվում են օրենսդրությամբ և Սահմանադրությամբ։ Մենք կապի մեջ ենք բոլոր այդ մարմինների հետ։ Մենք չենք կարծում, որ անհրաժեշտ է քաղաքականացնել առանձին գործերը, դրանք պետք է դիտարկել երկրի ներսում ընթացող քաղաքական և ինստիտուցիոնալ քննարկումների համատեքստում։ Այնպես որ, Եվրոպական միությունը լուռ չէ, սակայն Եվրոպական միությունը չի կարող սկսել մեկնաբանություններ անել, քանի որ մենք իրավասու մարմին չենք։ Մենք աշխատում ենք գործընկերների հետ, ունենք երկխոսություն նաև քաղաքացիական հասարակության հետ։

Աշխատում ենք ինչպես Կառավարության, այնպես էլ ընդդիմության հետ, որը նույնպես հետևում է այդ գործերից որոշներին։ Մենք մշտական երկխոսության մեջ ենք բոլորի հետ։ Սա է մեր գործունեությունը, և մենք լուռ չենք, քանի որ այստեղ ենք՝ աջակցելու Հայաստանի իշխանություններին և հայ ժողովրդին՝ ավելի բարձր ստանդարտների հասնելու համար։ Բայց դա կախված է նրանից, թե ինչպես են գործում իշխանության բոլոր ճյուղերն ու ինստիտուտները»։ Իսկ հարցին, թե չեն տեսնում՝ ի՞նչ է կատարվում Հայաստանում, Մարագոսն ընդամենը պատասխանել է. «Եվրամիությունը հետևում է իրավիճակին՝ քննարկումների միջոցով բոլոր գործընկերների հետ, սակայն մենք չենք կարող միջամտել առանձին գործերին»։

Ըստ էության, այս կերպ Եվրամիությունն ապացուցում է, որ իր համար կարևորը ոչ թե մարդու իրավունքներն են ու եվրոպական արժեքները, այլ սեփական քաղաքական նպատակահարմարությունը, հանուն որի պատրաստ են լինել Փաշինյանի և նրա իշխանության կատարած բոլոր ապօրինությունների լուռ վկան։
