Քրդական դասեր Հայաստանի համար

Երեկ երեկոյան հայտնի դարձավ, որ Սիրիան և հիմնական քրդական զինված ուժերը համաձայնության են հասել քրդական քաղաքացիական և ռազմական կառույցները կենտրոնական կառավարության վերահսկողության տակ դնելու շուրջ։ Օրեր շարունակ Հալեպում և այլ տարածքներում քրդերը բավականին լուրջ դիմադրություն էին ցուցաբերում Սիրիայի նոր իշխանություններին, ընդհուպ՝ տասնյակ մարդիկ են զոհվել։

Միացյալ Նահանգների հովանավորությամբ գործող քրդական կառույցներին թվում էր, թե կկարողանան պահպանել իրենց ինքնավարությունը և դիմադրել Ահմեդ Ալ Շարաայի կուսակցությանը։ Բայց և ակնհայտ դարձավ, որ Միացյալ Նահանգները ոչ միայն ցանկություն չունի օգնելու տարածաշրջանում իր հիմնական դաշնակից ուժին, այլև, ընդհակառակը, հանձնում է վերջիններիս Շարաայի ահաբեկիչների ձեռքը։ Սիրիական ժողովրդավարական ուժերի ղեկավար Մազլում Աբդին հաստատել է, որ իրենց խմբավորումը համաձայնել է հեռանալ երկու նահանգներից՝ Դեյր էզ Զորից և Ռաքքայից։

14-կետանոց համաձայնագիրը ստորագրել են Սիրիայի նախագահ Ահմեդ Ալ Շարաան և Մազլում Աբդին։ Անցած տարի Սիրիայի կառավարությունը և ՍԴՈՒ-ն ամիսներ շարունակ բանակցություններ էին վարում, որ մինչև 2025 թվականի վերջ քրդերի կողմից կառավարվող ռազմական և քաղաքացիական կառույցները ենթարկվեն սիրիական պետական ինստիտուտներին։ Եվ այժմ Սիրիայի իշխանություններին հաջողվել է, հատկապես Թուրքիայի աջակցությամբ, հասնել իրենց ցանկալի հանգրվանին։ Քրդերի հետ կատարվող այս իրադարձությունները ևս մեկ անգամ վկայում են, որ Միացյալ Նահանգներն ու նրա առաջնորդ Դոնալդ Թրամփը ամենևին էլ վստահելի գործընկեր չեն և անհրաժեշտ պահին կարող են պարզապես փուռը տալ իրենց դաշնակիցներին՝ պարտադրելով չդիմադրել։

Սա դաս է նաև Հայաստանի Հանրապետության համար, որը օգոստոսի 8-ի հռչակագրից հետո փորձում է տպավորություն ստեղծել, թե Միացյալ Նահանգները դարձել է տարածաշրջանում Հայաստանի դաշնակիցը։ Իրականում Միացյալ Նահանգներն ունի բացառապես սեփական շահերը և հանուն այդ շահերի անհրաժեշտ պահին նույն Հայաստանին էլ կհանձնի Թուրքիային և Ադրբեջանին։
