ԵՄ-ն մտադիր է կասեցնել ԱՄՆ-ի հետ առևտրային համաձայնագրի հաստատումը Թրամփի սպառնալիքներից հետո. Bloomberg

Եվրոպացի պատգամավորները պատրաստ են կասեցնել ԱՄՆ-ի հետ ԵՄ առևտրային գործարքի հաստատումը նախագահ Դոնալդ Թրամփի՝ այն երկրների նկատմամբ մաքսատուրքեր սահմանելու խոստման պատճառով, որոնք ամերիկյան սպառնալիքների պայմաններում աջակցել են Գրենլանդիային, գրում է Bloomberg գործակալությունը:

Եվրոպական խորհրդարանի խոշորագույն քաղաքական ուժի՝ Եվրոպական ժողովրդական կուսակցության (ԵԺԿ) նախագահ Մանֆրեդ Վեբերը շաբաթ օրը հայտարարել է, որ ԱՄՆ-ի հետ համաձայնությունն այլևս հնարավոր չէ:

«ԵԺԿ-ն կողմ է ԵՄ-ի և ԱՄՆ-ի միջև առևտրային համաձայնագրին, սակայն, հաշվի առնելով Դոնալդ Թրամփի սպառնալիքները Գրենլանդիայի վերաբերյալ, դրա հաստատումն այս փուլում հնարավոր չէ»,- սոցցանցերում գրել է Վեբերը:

Նա հավելել է, որ ամերիկյան ապրանքների համար մաքսատուրքերի նվազեցման վերաբերյալ ԵՄ համաձայնագիրը «պետք է կասեցվի»։

ԵՄ-ի և ԱՄՆ-ի միջև առևտրային համաձայնագիրը, որը Եվրահանձնաժողովի նախագահ Ուրսուլա ֆոն դեր Լայենն անցյալ ամռանը կնքել էր ԱՄՆ նախագահ Դոնալդ Թրամփի հետ, արդեն մասնակիորեն իրականացվել է, սակայն դեռևս խորհրդարանի հաստատման կարիքն ունի։ Եթե ԵԺԿ-ի օրենսդիրները միանան ձախակողմյան քաղաքական խմբերին, ամենայն հավանականությամբ, նրանք կունենան բավարար ձայներ՝ հաստատումը հետաձգելու կամ արգելափակելու համար:

Առևտրային համաձայնագիրը սահմանել է ԱՄՆ-ի կողմից 15 տոկոսանոց մաքսատուրք ԵՄ ապրանքների մեծ մասի համար՝ փոխարենը ԵՄ-ի խոստման՝ չեղարկել ԱՄՆ-ի արդյունաբերական ապրանքների և որոշ գյուղատնտեսական մթերքների տուրքերը: Ֆոն դեր Լայենը, որը համակարգում է ԵՄ առևտրային բանակցությունները, գործարքը կնքել էր Թրամփի հետ լայնածավալ առևտրային պատերազմից խուսափելու հույսով: ԵՄ օրենսդիրների ֆրակցիան վաղուց է հանդես գալիս համաձայնագրի դեմ՝ պնդելով, որ այն չափազանց միակողմանի է՝ հօգուտ ԱՄՆ-ի: Այս վրդովմունքն ուժեղացավ այն բանից հետո, երբ հուլիսյան համաձայնագրից հետո ԱՄՆ-ն պողպատի և ալյումինի 50 տոկոսանոց մաքսատուրքը տարածեց ԵՄ-ից ներկրվող հարյուրավոր լրացուցիչ ապրանքների վրա։

ԱՄՆ առևտրային ներկայացուցիչ Ջեյմիսոն Գրիրն անցյալ ամիս քննադատել էր ԵՄ-ին համաձայնագրի որոշ ասպեկտներ չկատարելու համար, հատկապես այն մասով, որը վերաբերում է դաշինքում տեխնոլոգիական ընկերությունների գործունեության կարգավորմանը:

Ավելի վաղ Թրամփը հայտարարել էր, որ Դանիայից, Նորվեգիայից, Շվեդիայից, Ֆրանսիայից, Գերմանիայից, Միացյալ Թագավորությունից, Նիդերլանդներից և Ֆինլանդիայից ներմուծվող ապրանքների համար 10 տոկոսանոց սակագինն ուժի մեջ կմտնի փետրվարի 1-ից, սակայն հետագայում կարող է բարձրանալ մինչև 25 տոկոս և կգործի այնքան ժամանակ, մինչև Գրենլանդիայի հարցով համաձայնություն ձեռք չբերվի: Թրամփը պնդում է, որ դանիական ինքնավար տարածքը վճռորոշ նշանակություն ունի ԱՄՆ անվտանգության համար և չի բացառում դրա ուժով զավթումը:
