Այսօր մենք կանգնած ենք «Նաիրիտի» լռած պատերի առջև, բայց այս լռությունը ճչացող է․ Հրայր Կամենդատյան

Հրայր Կամենդատյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է․
 
Այսօր մենք կանգնած ենք «Նաիրիտի» լռած պատերի առջև, բայց այս լռությունը ճչացող է։ Այս գործարանը պարզապես շինություն չէ. սա մեր երկրի երբեմնի արդյունաբերական ողնաշարն էր, գիտական մտքի և աշխատավորի փառքի տաճարը։
 
ՀԻՇԵՑՆՈՒՄ ԵՆՔ ՉԻՄԱՑՈՂՆԵՐԻՆ ԵՎ ՄՈՌԱՑՈՂՆԵՐԻՆ.
«Նաիրիտը» Խորհրդային Միության և տարածաշրջանի միակ հսկան էր, որն արտադրում էր քլորոպրենային կաուչուկ։ Այստեղ ստեղծված արտադրանքը արտահանվում էր աշխարհի տասնյակ երկրներ։ «Նաիրիտը» կերակրում էր տասնյակ հազարավոր ընտանիքների, պահում էր գիտական ինստիտուտներ և ապահովում էր Հայաստանի տնտեսական անկախությունը։ «Նաիրիտը» աշխարհում քլորոպրենային կաուչուկ արտադրող 3 հզորագույն գործարաններից մեկն էր։ Այն ապահովում էր համաշխարհային շուկայի պահանջարկի մոտ 10-15%-ը։
 
​ Իր ծաղկման շրջանում գործարանն ունեցել է մինչև 12,000 անմիջական աշխատակից։ Եվս մոտ 30,000-40,000 մարդ աշխատում էր հարակից սպասարկող ոլորտներում։
 
Խորհրդային Հայաստանի բյուջեի և արդյունաբերական արտադրանքի զգալի մասը (տարբեր տարիների մինչև 20-25%) ապահովում էր հենց քիմիական հսկան։ Գործարանին կից գործում էր Համամիութենական գիտահետազոտական ինստիտուտը, որտեղ աշխատում էին հարյուրավոր գիտնականներ ու ակադեմիկոսներ, ովքեր այսօր ստանում են «նվազագույն» թոշակ։
 
Այսօր այդ հսկան կառուցած մարդիկ՝ նաիրիտցիները, գիտնականներն ու ինժեներները, դեղատներում կոպեկներ են հաշվում։
 
Սա պարզապես թոշակի հարց չէ։ Սա ՊԵՏԱԿԱՆ ԵՐԱԽՏԱԳԻՏՈՒԹՅԱՆ հարց է։ Ինչպե՞ս կարող է պետությունը հանգիստ նայել այն մարդու աչքերին, ով իր առողջությունը թողել է քիմիական արտադրամասերում՝ հանուն երկրի հզորացման, իսկ այսօր ստանում է մի թոշակ, որը նույնիսկ սովից չի փրկում։
 
ՄԵՆՔ ՊԱՀԱՆՋՈՒՄ ԵՆՔ ԳՈՐԾՆԱԿԱՆ ՔԱՅԼԵՐ.
 
1․ ԿԵՆՍԱԹՈՇԱԿՆԵՐԻ ԱՆՀԱՊԱՂ ԲԱՐՁՐԱՑՈՒՄ 50%-ՈՎ.
Մենք պահանջում ենք վերջ դնել «բյուջեում փող չկա» հնամաշ թեզին։ Եթե գումար կա պաշտոնյաների շքեղ սպասարկման, անթիվ պարգևավճարների և միլիոնավոր դոլարների հասնող կասկածելի ծախսերի համար, ուրեմն պարտավոր եք գումար գտնել նաև երկիրը շենացրած մարդկանց համար։
 
2․ Այն մարդիկ, ովքեր աշխատել են վնասակար և ռազմավարական նշանակության արտադրություններում, պետք է ստանան արժանապատիվ հավելավճարներ։
 
3․ ԻՆԴԵՔՍԱՎՈՐՄԱՆ ՕՐԵՆՔԻ ԸՆԴՈՒՆՈՒՄ.
Թոշակառուն չպետք է սպասի իշխանության «բարի կամքին» կամ ընտրությունից ընտրություն նետվող ողորմությանը։ Թոշակը պետք է աճի գնաճին զուգահեռ՝ օրենքի ուժով։
 
Այս ՔՊ-ն ձեռք է առնում «խեղճերին»՝ կարծելով, որ մեր ծնողները լռելու են։ Բայց մենք այստեղ ենք՝ կանգնած նրանց կողքին։ Մենք սկսել ենք թոշակները բարձրացնելու համազգային արշավը։
 
Մենք թույլ չենք տա մոռացության մատնել «Նաիրիտը» և նրա մարդկանց։ Պայքարելու ենք այնքան ժամանակ, մինչև յուրաքանչյուր թոշակառու զգա, որ իր պետությունը գնահատում է իր քրտինքը։
 
 Միացի՛ր մեր ստորագրահավաքին։ Դարձի՛ր նաիրիտցու և հայ թոշակառուի ձայնը։
