Փաշինյանը նոր շոու է ցանկանում «Մարտի 1»-ի գործով

Հակակոռուպցիոն դատարանը «Մարտի 1»-ի գործի վերաբացումից մեկ տարի անց հաստատել է Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի և երեք նախին պաշտոնյաների նկատմամբ նոր մեղադրանքի որոշումները՝ փաստացի թույլ տալով հանրային մեղադրողին փոխել Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի, Սեյրան Օհանյանի, Յուրի Խաչատուրովի և Արմեն Գևորգյանի մեղադրանքը:

Այս գործով Քոչարյանն ու նրա երեք բարձրաստիճան ենթակաները չորս տարի առաջ արդարացվեցին: Սահմանադրական դատարանը հակասահմանադրական էր ճանաչել Քրեական օրենսգրքի այն հոդվածը, որով երեք տարի դատվում էին նախկին նախագահը, 2008-ին պաշտպանության նախարարի պաշտոնը զբաղեցրած Սեյրան Օհանյանը, Գլխավոր շտաբի պետ Յուրի Խաչատուրովն ու Անվտանգության խորհրդի քարտուղար Արմեն Գևորգյանը: Այդ հիմքով դատական առաջին ատյանն արդարացրեց բոլոր չորս մեղադրյալներին, մինչդեռ վերին՝ վճռաբեկ ատյանը բեկանեց և գործն ուղարկեց նոր քննության:

Եթե նախկինում Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանը և նրա ենթակաները մեղադրվում էին սահմանադրական կարգը տապալելու հոդվածով, ապա այժմ արդեն՝ իշխանական լիազորություններն անցնելու հոդվածով, որը մինչև տասը տարվա ազատազրկում է նախատեսում։ Քոչարյանը մեղադրական եզրակացությունը քաղաքական է որակում։ Նախկին նախագահն ավելի վաղ հայտարարել էր, թե իր համար այդպես էլ պարզ չդարձավ՝ ինչ են իրենից ուզում արդեն 7 տարի: Ի դեպ, այս նոր հոդվածով արդեն անցել են վաղեմության ժամկետները. սա նշանակում է, որ եթե անգամ դատարանը մեղավոր ճանաչի նախկին բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնյաներին, նրանք չեն ազատազրկվի։ Փաստացի, սա նշանակում է, որ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի սիրտը նոր շոու է ուզում «Մարտի 1»- գործով։

Հստակ հասկանալով, որ ոչ Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանին, ոչ էլ այլ նախկին ենթականերին դատապարտել և ազատազրկման ենթարկել հնարավոր չէ։ Փաշինյանը ընդամենը խորհրդարանական ընտրություններից առաջ կրկին փորձում է մոլորեցնել հանրությանը։ Եվ առնվազն իրեն հավատարիմ և Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի նկատմամբ հակակրանք տածող զանգվածին համոզել, թե քրեական հետապնդում է իրականացնում նախկին նախագահի նկատմամբ։ Մինչդեռ սա ընդամենը շոու է, որը բացարձակ որևէ արժեք չունի նույնիսկ այդ մարդկանց համար, ովքեր, ըստ Փաշինյանի, տարիներ շարունակ պահանջում են ազատազրկման դատապարտել Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանին։ Այսկերպ ընդամենը կձգձգեն մինչև խորհրդարանական ընտրություններ, որից հետո արդեն «կամ էշը կսատկի, կամ էշատերը»։
