Վրաստանում ֆաշիստական խմբավորումների 16 անդամներ են ձերբակալվել, որոնք կանգնած են մի շարք դաժան ծեծի դեպքերի հետևում

Նրա խոսքով՝ ձերբակալվածների թվում կա 10 անչափահաս։

Մի քանի ամիս տևած քննությունը պարզել է, որ ամբաստանյալներն իրենց անվանել են նեոնացիստներ և գործել են՝ առաջնորդվելով ֆաշիստական գաղափարախոսությամբ։ Վախեցնելու և ազդեցություն ցուցադրելու նպատակով նրանք հարձակվել են այն մարդկանց վրա, ովքեր չեն կիսել իրենց հայացքները։

Խմբավորումների զոհ է դարձել ավելի քան տասը մարդ, այդ թվում՝ չորս անչափահաս։ Տուժածներին ենթարկել են դաժան ծեծի, հասցրել դանակի հարվածներ և կտտանքների այլ ձևեր։ Հարձակումներն ու նվաստացումները տեսագրվել են, որից հետո ձայնագրությունները տարածվել են սոցիալական ցանցերում։

Ամբաստանյալների տների խուզարկության ժամանակ ոստիկանությունն առգրավել է սմարթֆոններ, դիմակներ, տարբեր էլեկտրոնային սարքեր, նացիստական խորհրդանիշներ, ինչպես նաև ազդանշանային զենք և դանակներ։

Ավելի վաղ իրավապահ մարմիններն արդեն ձերբակալել էին նույն խմբավորումների ինը ենթադրյալ մասնակիցների, այդ թվում՝ երկու առաջնորդներին՝ Լևան Աբեսաձեին և Դավիթ Ջապարովին։

Վրաստանի ՆԳՆ-ն հայտարարել է, որ շարունակում է բացահայտել հնարավոր այլ հանցակիցներին և չի բացառում նոր ձերբակալությունները։ Գերատեսչությունը քաղաքացիներին կոչ է արել անհապաղ հայտնել նմանատիպ հանցագործությունների ցանկացած նշանի մասին՝ ընդգծելով անչափահասների պաշտպանության և երիտասարդների շրջանում ծայրահեղական գաղափարախոսության տարածումը կանխելու անհրաժեշտությունը։

Հետաքննությունն ընթանում է խոշտանգումների հոդվածով՝ անձի նկատմամբ անմարդկային վերաբերմունք, որը հանցագործների համար ակնհայտորեն անչափահաս է եղել և կատարվել է մի խումբ անձանց կողմից (Վրաստանի Քրեական օրենսգրքի 144-1 հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի «ժ» կետ և 3-րդ մասի «բ» կետ)։ Հոդվածի սանկցիան մինչև 10 տարի ժամկետով ազատազրկում է նախատեսում։
