«Դյունա»–ից ոգեշնչված արտադրություն. Շոտլանդացիները պլանավորում են մատչելի արևային վահանակներ տպել տիեզերքում

D-Cubed-ը՝ տիեզերական տեխնոլոգիաների ոլորտում մասնագիտացած շոտլանդական ստարտափը, մշակում է աներևակայելիորեն մատչելի ARAQYS-ը (Autonomous Roll-out ArraY System), որը նախատեսված է անմիջապես Երկրի ուղեծրում արևային վահանակներ արտադրելու համար: Նախագծի անվանումը հարմար կերպով հիշեցնում է «Դյունա» ստեղծագործության տիեզերքի Արրակիս մոլորակը, որտեղից արդյունահանվել է տիեզերական թռիչքների համար անհրաժեշտ ռեսուրսը՝ «սփայսը»: ARAQYS-ը դա ցանկացած տիեզերական ցանկացած նախագծի էլեկտրամատակարարման ուղին է:

Առևտրային տիեզերական թռիչքների սպասվող աճի և արբանյակների ու ուղեծրային կայանների համար արևային էներգիայի պահանջարկի կտրուկ աճի հետ մեկտեղ, Երկրի վրա արտադրված վահանակներ տիեզերք արձակելու ավանդական մեթոդները բախվում են սահմանափակումների. դրանք ծանր են, ծավալուն և թանկ՝ մեկնարկային լարվածությանը դիմակայելու համար փաթեթավորման անհրաժեշտության պատճառով: ARAQYS տեխնոլոգիան լուծում է այս խնդիրը առաջարկելով ապակենտրոնացված վահանակների արտադրություն անմիջապես տիեզերքում, նվազեցնելով ծախսերը և բարձրացնելով էներգաարդյունավետությունը:

Ընկերության տվյալներով այդ տեխնոլոգիան ավելի քան 15 տարվա հետազոտությունների արդյունք է, այդ թվում NASA-ի տիեզերական արևային էներգիայի նախագծերին մասնակցության միջոցով, և հարթում է ուղեծրում մատչելի էլեկտրաէներգիայի արտադրության ճանապարհը։

ARAQYS համակարգը հիմնված է գերբարակ, ճկուն «արևային թերթիկի» վրա՝ նյութ, որը տիեզերքում բացվում է գլանափաթեթից՝ արևային էներգիա հավաքելու համար։ Բացման գործընթացի ընթացքում այս թերթիկի վրա եռաչափ տպագրվում է կոշտ կառուցվածք։ Երբ տպված տարածքը մտնում է վակուում, արևի ուլտրամանուշակագույն ճառագայթները արագորեն չորացնում են խեժը ստեղծելով ամուր և կայուն կառուցվածք։ Ի տարբերություն ավանդական ծալովի վահանակների, որոնք պահանջում են բարդ տեղակայման մեխանիզմներ, ARAQYS-ը վերացնում է այդ տարրերը՝ նվազագույնի հասցնելով քաշը, ծավալը և կառուցվածքային փլուզման ռիսկը հրթիռի արձակման ժամանակ տատանումներից և ակուստիկ բեռներից։ Պնդվում է, որ տիեզերքում արևային վահանակների գլանափաթեթային տպագրությունը զգալիորեն կնվազեցնի արտադրված էներգիայի մեկ կիլովատտի արտադրության արժեքը, այն նաև տարածք կազատի հրթիռի վրա այլ բեռների համար։

Մշակողները մտադիր են ARAQYS համակարգի տարրերի առաջին ցուցադրությունն անցկացնել մինչև այս տարվա վերջը։ Դա կներառի ARAQYS-D1-ի արձակումը CubeSat-ի վրա 60 սմ բումով (վահանակի գլանափաթեթը բացելու սարք): Այնուհետև նախատեսվում է ARAQYS-D2-ի արձակումը մեկ բումով: Վերջապես, 2 կՎտ հզորությամբ ARAQYS-D3 նախատիպը կարձակվի 2027 թվականին: Ընկերությունը նախատեսում է, որ ARAQYS նախագիծը կյանք կհաղորդի տիեզերական համակարգերին և հարթակներին՝ արևային էներգիան Երկիր փոխանցելու համար: «The spice must flow!»:
