Պետության հաշվին հարստացողներն այլոց «նախաճաշն» են հաշվում. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Օրերս հերթական քպական «կարկառունը», «Մեր ձևով» շարժումից ջղաձգումների մեջ ընկած, որոշել է հաշվել Կարապետյաննների մեկ օրվա ծախսն ու ինչ-որ թվեր է հրապարակ նետել: Դժվար է ասել, թե ինչպես են հաշվել, ինչ մեթոդաբանությամբ, բայց դա նույնիսկ կարևոր չէ:

Կարևորագույնը պրիմիտիվագույն մանիպուլ յացիայի «մեթոդն» է, թե «Կարապետյանի գերդաստանի օրվա սովորական ծախսը» քանի անգամ է ավելի «հեռվաշենցի Վարսիկ տատիկի մեկ տարվա ծախսից»: Հա, մեկ էլ, որ եթե Կարապետյանները մի օր չնախաճաշեն, այդ երևակայական «Վարսիկ տատիկը» անհամեմատ լավ կապրի:

Սա ասվում է Կարապետյանների մասին, որ իրենց ունեցվածքը բիզնես գործունեությամբ են վաստակել: Ըստ որում, մշտապես իրենց միջոցներուվ (առավելապես դրսում աշխատած) իրականացրել են խոշոր բարեգործական ծրագրեր: Միայն Արցախում, որը ՔՊ-ն ու Փաշինյանը հանձնեցին թշնամուն, Կարապետյանները ահռելի բարեգործական ծրագրեր էին իրականացրել: Էլ չենք խոսում Հայաստանի մասին: Ու «հեռվաշենցի Վարսիկ տատիկներին» երբեք չէին մոռանում:

Հիմա թե ինչ նախաճաշ են անում կամ չեն անում, իրենց օրինական ունեցած միջոցներով են անում: Իսկ ՔՊ կարկառուններն ի՞նչ միջոցներով են ոչ միայն ճոխ «նախաճաշում», այլև օրավուր հարստանում: Ճիշտ է՝ պետության, պետբյուջեի, մեր՝ հարկատուներիս հաշվին: Իսկ հետաքրքիր է, եթե այդ նույն պաշտոնյաները մի քիչ պակաս պարգևավճար ստանան (դե, ասենք, ոչ թե 6-7 միլիոն դրամ, այլ գոնե 600-700 հազար), բյուջեի հաշվին մի քիչ պակաս ֆռֆռան «աշխարհեաշխարհ», ինչքանո՞վ կլավանա «հեռվաշենցի Վարսիկ տատիկների» ու «հարևան Պողոսների» կյանքը: Ինչքա՞ն կլավանար նրանց կյանքը, եթե իշխանությունների ապաշնորհության պատճառով այս աստիճան գնաճ չլիներ, եթե 10 կամ 20 հազար դրամով կենսաթոշակ բարձրացնելը անիմաստ չհամարվեր (դե, կենսաթոշակառուի ինչի՞ն է դա պետք, կարևորը՝ քպականները լավ ապրեն), եթե... Եթե, մի խոսքով, իշխանության ղեկին այսօրվա իշխող քաղաքական ուժը չլիներ...
