BMW 750iL-ը, որի մեջ մահացել է Թուփաք Շակուրը, վաճառքի է հանվել 1.75 միլիոն դոլարով

Celebrity Cars Las Vegas-ը վաճառքի է հանել 1996 թվականի BMW 750iL-ը, որը կապված է ռեփեր Թուփաք Շակուրի ողբերգական մահվան հետ։ Այս սև սեդանը, որը սկզբնապես վարձակալվել է Death Row Records-ի կողմից, հենց այն մեքենա է, որը վարում էր հիփ-հոփ լեգենդը 1996 թվականի սեպտեմբերի 7-ի երեկոյան։ Լոտի գինը կազմում է ապշեցուցիչ 1.75 միլիոն դոլար։

Վաճառողի խոսքով՝ սա առաջին անգամն է, որ մեքենան հրապարակայնորեն ցուցադրվում կամ վաճառքի է հանվում ողբերգությունից հետո։ Մեքենան ենթարկվել է լիարժեք վերականգնման՝ վերադարձնելով այն իր սկզբնական տեսքին, բայց որոշ մռայլ մանրամասներ մնացել են։

Օրինակ՝ թափքի վրա փոքր փոսը, որը ենթադրաբար փամփուշտի անցք է, մնացել է, իսկ ներքին դռան վահանակներին երևում են կրակոցից հետո վերանորոգումից հետո առաջացած բնօրինակ եռակցման հետքերը։ Մեքենան հագեցած է 5.4 լիտրանոց V12 շարժիչով և 5-աստիճան ավտոմատ փոխանցման տուփով, և օդոմետրի վրա ունի 121,043 մղոն վազք։ Չնայած իր ողբերգական պատմությանը, մեքենան նկարագրվում է որպես բացառիկ լավ պահպանված և օգտագործման համար պատրաստ։

Վաճառքի իսկությունը հաստատելու համար կցվում են մեքենայի պատմությունը և դրա սեփականության պատմությունը՝ Death Row Records-ին վարձակալության հանձնելուց ի վեր։
