2025 թվականի նոյեմբերի 18-ին, երբ Սամվել Կարապետյանի կալանքը 2 ամսով երկարաձգվել էր, հենց այդ օրն էլ ՀԷՑ-ը զրկվել էր լիցենզիայից: Սա սեփականազրկմանը համարժեք գործողություն է: Սա նման է իրավական ահաբեկչության, իրավական տեսանկյունից անձին պատանդ վերցնելու՝ և դրանով փորձ անել հարկադրաբար բանակցելու: Չի աշխատելու այդ ամենը, դա ակնհայտ է:  Այս մասին Սամվել Կարապետյանի փաստաբանների հրատապ մամուլի ասուլիսի ժամանակ ասաց իրավապաշտպան Արամ Վարդևանյանը:

«Նարեկ Կարապետյանը բանակցությունների վերաբերյալ սպառիչ դիրքորոշում ներկայացրել է: Եթե Սամվել Կարապետյանի և Կարապետյանների ընտանիքի կողմից նման նույնիսկ նվազագույն մոտեցում ցուցաբերվեր ՀԷՑ-ի շուրջ կամ այլ հարցերի, ապա իրավիճակը լրիվ այլ կլիներ: Ամբողջ տրամաբանությունը այս հետապնդման նրանում է, որ Սամվել Կարապետյանը հստակ կարմիր գծեր ենթադրող դիրքորոշում է ներկայացրել, և դրանով սահմանափակվել է, դրանից այն կողմ խոսակցություն առկա չէ: Օրվա իշխանությունները պատկերացնում են, որ ապօրինությունների մասշտաբը ավելացնելով՝ որևէ փոփոխություն կստանան, բայց չեն ստանալու»,- նշել է նա:

Անդրադառնալով վարույթի նախաքննական գաղտնիքի մասին՝ փաստաբանը առաջարկեց դռնբացության կարգով դատական նիստեր ունենալ. «Ես գործընկերներին խնդրում եմ, աջակցել ու օգնել մեզ պահանջի հարցում, որ այս վարույթը նախաքննական գաղտնիքից ազատվի ու ապահովվի: Եկեք դռնբացության կարգով դատական նիստեր ունենանք: Թող իսկապես տեսնենք, թե ինչ փաստարկներ է բերում դատախազությունը, հանրությունն էլ թող գնահատի արդարությունը, արդարադատությունը և դատավորի խիղճը»:
