«Ձեր ուշադրությունն եմ ցանկանում հրավիրել հետևյալ փաստական հանգամանքի վրա. Նախ առաջին անգամն ա, որ մենք խոսում ենք Սամվել Կարապետյանի առողջական վիճակի վերաբերյալ, նա մեզ միշտ հորդորել է, որպեսզի մենք ընդհանրապես այդ մասին չխոսենք, բայց մենք մեր բողոքարկումներում մշտապես բարձրաձայնել ենք այդ հարցը և բոլոր դատավորները, այսինքն՝ նվազագույնը երկու դատավոր առաջին ատյանում, երկու դատավոր վերաքննիչ ատյանում հստակ ամրագրել են այն փաստական տվյալը, որ եթե շարունակվի Սամվել Կարապետյանի առողջությանը պատշաճ բժշկական օգնություն և աջակցություն չցուցաբերել, դա հիմք է լինելու խափանման միջոցի փոփոխման համար: Եվ դատարանները, չորս տարբեր դատավորներ, երկուսը առաջին ատյանում, երկուսը վերաքննիչում արձանագրել են այդ հանգամանքը, որ վարույթն իրականացնող մարմնի խիստ պարտականությունն է անհապաղ հետևել առողջական վիճակին և անձին տրամադրել բժշկական պատշաճ օգնություն և սպասարկում, որը վարույթն իրականացնող մարմինը կտրականապես չի իրականացրել շարունակաբար, ինչի արդյունքում Սամվել Կարապետյանի մոտ զարգացավ երկկողմանի թոգաբորբ։ Քրեակատարողական հիմնարկի պայմաններում, իբրև թե, բժիշկը իրականացնում էր բուժում և պարզում էր, որ ոչ մի խնդիր էլ չկա։ Ստացվում է, որ քրեակատարողական հիմնարկի բժիշկները իրենց ակնադիտական եղանակով հաղթահարում են «KT» և «MRT» սարքավորումներին և, ոնց որ, իզուր էին գիտնականները հայտնագործել այդ սարքերը»,- այս մասին հրավիրված մամուլի ասուլիսի ժամանակ ասաց Սամվել Կարապետյանի պաշտպանական թիմի անդամ Արմեն Ֆեռոյանը։
