Սամվել Կարապետյանի մոտ երկկողմանի թոքաբորբ է ախտորոշվել. Արամ Վարդևանյան

Սամվել Կարապետյանը տնային կալանքի պայմաններում այցելեց բժշկական հաստատություն, ունեցավ համալիր բժշկական ստուգում՝ որը չէր ունեցել շուրջ 7 ամիս, պարզվեց, որ իր մոտ անցումային փուլում գտնվող երկկողմանի թոքաբորբ է, որը փաստացի այսօր ախտորոշվել է այնպիսի պայմաններում, որ ունեցել է 2 ամսյա վաղեմություն: Գտնվելով քրեակատարողական հիմնարկում՝ երկկողմանի թոքաբորբով անձ է լինում՝ Սամվել Կարապետյանը, և դա չի ախտորոշվում ու չի արձանագրվում: Դուք պատկերացնու՞մ եք պայմանները, մեկ բողոք անգամ Սամվել կարապետյանի կողմից սրա վերաբերյալ չի եղել: Այս մասին Սամվել Կարապետյանի փաստաբանների հրատապ մամուլի ասուլիսի ժամանակ ասաց իրավապաշտպան Արամ Վարդևանյանը:

«Այլ հարց, որ մենք՝ որպես իր պաշտպաններ, դա տեսել ենք, թե՞ ոչ: Մեր կողմից գրություններ գրվել են, և պաշտոնատար անձինք, որոնք պարտավոր են այդ նվազագույն բժշկական ստուգումը ապահովելու, մեզ գրություններով հայտնել են, որ զննել են ու ոչ մի առողջական խնդիր չեն հայտնաբերել: Այդ փաստաթղթում միակ ճշմարտությունն այն է, որ Սամվել Կարապետյանի կողմից գանգատներ չեն ներկայացվել, մնացածը ամբողջը հանցանքին հասնող անփութություն է: Ո՞նց կարող են այդ մարդիկ բժիշկ կամ պաշտոնատար անձ կոչվել: Եվ դատախազը՝ հունվարի 5-ին, ոչ թե միջոց է ձեռնարկում պարզելու համար, թե արդյոք քննիչը ջանասիրություն դրսևորում է, թե ոչ՝ մեկ գործողություն ունի անելու՝ բողոք ներկայացնել»,- նշել է նա:
