Հայաստանը բողոքի նոտա է հղել Ռուսաստանին

Կրեմլի ամենահայտնի քարոզիչներից մեկի՝ Վլադիմիր Սոլովյովի՝ Հայաստանի հասցեին անցած շաբաթավերջին հնչեցրած սպառնալից հայտարարությունից երկու օր անց պաշտոնական Երևանը բողոքի նոտա է հղել Մոսկվային։ Հայաստանի արտաքին գերատեսչությունը հաղորդավարի հայտարարությունը, թե Հայաստանում ևս՝ Ուկրաինայի օրինակով, հատուկ ռազմական գործողություն պետք է սկսել, ինքնիշխանության դեմ անթույլատրելի ոտնձգություն է որակել։

«Հայաստանում Ռուսաստանի դեսպան Սերգեյ Կոպիրկինը կանչվել է Հայաստանի արտգործնախարարություն, նրան հանձնվել է բողոքի հայտագիր, որում խորը վրդովմունք է արտահայտվել պետական հեռուստաընկերության մաս կազմող ծրագրի եթերում հնչած հայտարարությունների կապակցությամբ։ Ընդգծվել է, որ դրանք Հայաստանի Հանրապետության ինքնիշխանության դեմ անթույլատրելի ոտնձգություն են ու թշնամական դրսևորում և կոպտորեն խախտում են Հայաստանի և Ռուսաստանի միջև բարեկամական հարաբերությունների հիմնարար սկզբունքները», – հայտնում է ԱԳՆ խոսնակ Անի Բադալյանը։

Նշենք՝ ռուս հեռուստամեկնաբան Վլադիմիր Սոլովյովը հերթական հաղորդման ընթացքում ասել էր․ «Թքած ունենալ միջազգային իրավունքի, միջազգային կարգի վրա։ Եթե մեզ մեր ազգային անվտանգության համար անհրաժեշտ էր սկսել Հատուկ ռազմական գործողություն Ուկրաինայի տարածքում, ինչո՞ւ, ելնելով նույն նկատառումներից, մենք չենք կարող սկսել նաև մեր ազդեցության գոտու այլ կետերում։ Մեզ համար շատ ավելի ցավոտ է այն, ինչ կատարվում է Հայաստանում, քան այն, ինչ կատարվում է Վենեսուելայում։ Հայաստանի կորուստը, ահա սա հսկայական խնդիր է»։

Հայաստանի գործող իշխանություններն ու նրանց քարոզչամեքենան փորձում են Վլադիմիր Սոլովյովի այս հայտարարությունը ներկայացնել որպես ռուսական իշխանությունների պաշտոնական տեսակետ, իսկ Սոլովյովին էլ՝ թիվ մեկ պրոպագանդիստ։ Մինչդեռ փաստն այն է, որ Սոլովյովը անկախ լրագրող է և որքան էլ կապված է ռուսական իշխանությունների հետ, երբեմն անում է հայտարարություններ, որոնք դուրս են պաշտոնական քարոզչական նարատիվներից։ Նույն հաջողությամբ էլ Ռուսաստանը, օրինակ, կարող է Հայաստանի իշխանություններին բողոքի նոտա հղել «սորոսական» տարբեր լրատվամիջոցներով, տարբեր փորձագետների, քաղաքական գործիչների կողմից հնչեցված հակառուսական հայտարարությունների կապակցությամբ։

Ցանկացած պարագայում բողոքի այս նոտան լուրջ հարված է լինելու հայ-ռուսական հարաբերությունների հետագա ընթացքին, և փաստ է, որ փաշինյանական իշխանությունը չի վարանում հարցը բարձրացնել այսպիսի մակարդակով՝ փոխանակ այն քննարկելու բանակցային փակ ֆորմատով և գալու ընդհանուր հայտարարի։ Ըստ երևույթին, հայկական կողմը ամեն ինչ փորձում է անել հարաբերությունները Ռուսաստանի հետ կրկին սրելու համար։
