Փոխվարչապետերը՝ ՔՊ-ի թիրախում

Իշխող «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» կուսակցությունում և գործադիր իշխանության մեջ բավականին լուրջ դժգոհության ալիք է բարձրացել փոխվարչապետ Մհեր Գրիգորյանի նկատմամբ։ Գրիգորյանը «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» կուսակցության անդամ չէ, 2018 թվականից հետո էլ հիմնականում տեխնիկական աշխատանք է իրականացրել թե՛ սահմանների սահմանազատման-սահմանագծման հարցով, թե՛ ապահովել է Հայաստանի գործող իշխանությունների կապը Ռուսաստանի հետ։ Հատկապես հաշվի առնելով Ռուսաստանի հետ հարաբերությունների սրման փուլը, կարելի է ասել, որ Գրիգորյանը միակ օղակն է եղել, որ կարողացել է շատ հարցերում կոնսենսուսի տալ ռուսական իշխանությունների հետ, և հենց սա է հիմնական պատճառը, որ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն իր կառավարությունում հանդուրժում է տեխնոկրատ և բավականին լուրջ գործչի, ինչպիսին է փոխվարչապետը։

Բայց վերջինս վերջին շրջանում որևէ քաղաքական գործընթացի չի մասնակցում, առավել ևս Փաշինյանին էլ աջակցություն չի ցուցաբերում Հայ առաքելական եկեղեցու դեմ իր պայքարում։ Նույնպիսի վարքի համար դժգոհություն կա նաև մյուս փոխվարչապետից՝ Տիգրան Խաչատրյանից։ Մեր աղբյուրի փոխանցմամբ, վարչությունում մի քանի անգամ քննարկել են փոխվարչապետների խնդիրը՝ Փաշինյանին առաջարկելով դիտարկել նրանց հեռացնելու հնարավորությունը և փոխարենը՝ քպական պաշտոնյաներին նշանակելու։ Ու թեպետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը դեմ է որևէ փոխվարչապետի ազատելու մտքին, բայց և չի բացառվում, որ ինչ-որ պահի հաջողվի իրականացնել նման որևէ գործողություն, ընդ որում, ՔՊ-ում առաջարկում են Փաշինյանին փոխվարչապետի պաշտոնում նշանակել Ալեն Սիմոնյանին։

Վերջինս համակերպվել է այն համար հանգամանքի հետ, որ նոր խորհրդարանում իրեն չի հաջողվի դառնալ խորհրդարանի նախագահ։ Այդ պաշտոնի համար Փաշինյանը նախատեսում է ԱՄՆ-ում Հայաստանի նախկին դեսպան, ներկայումս իր գլխավոր խորհրդական Լիլիթ Մակունցին։ Իսկ Սիմոնյանն էլ ցանկանում է տեղափոխվել գործադիր և աշխատել փոխվարչապետի պաշտոնում, որը ֆինանսական առումով ավելի լուրջ հնարավորություններ կտա իրեն։ Առաջիկայում ՔՊ վարչությունը ևս մեկ անգամ քննարկելու է փոխվարչապետներից որևէ մեկին պաշտոնանկ անելու հավանականությունը։ Ըստ ամենայնի, շխանությունները այս պահին զերծ կմնան որևէ փոխվարչապետի ազատելու հնարավորությունից՝ սպասելով խորհրդարանական ընտրություններին, եթե հանկարծ ֆորս-մաժորներ չլինեն։
