Վրաստանի նախկին վարչապետ Ղարիբաշվիլին դատապարտվել է 5 տարվա ազատազրկման

Վրաստանի նախկին վարչապետ Իրակլի Ղարիբաշվիլին, որը մեղադրվում է փողերի լվացման մեջ, ընդունել է իր մեղքը։ Նա դատապարտվել է հինգ տարվա ազատազրկման, ասվում է Վրաստանի գլխավոր դատախազության հայտարարության մեջ՝ ТАСС-ի փոխանցմամբ։

«Վրաստանի գլխավոր դատախազությունը մեղքի վերաբերյալ համաձայնագիր է կնքել մեղադրյալ Իրակլի Ղարիբաշվիլիի հետ, որի համաձայն նախկին վարչապետը դատապարտվել է հինգ տարվա ազատազրկման՝ Վրաստանի քրեական օրենսգրքի 194-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասով նախատեսված հանցագործություն կատարելու համար։ Նա նաև տուգանվել է 1 միլիոն լարիի (370,000 դոլար) չափով՝ որպես լրացուցիչ պատիժ։ Իրակլի Ղարիբաշվիլին ընդունում է մեղքը և համաձայնվում է մեղքի վերաբերյալ համաձայնագրի պայմաններին», - ասվում է հայտարարության մեջ։

Հաղորդվում է, որ 2019-2024 թվականներին, անօրինական եկամուտը թաքցնելու համար, Ղարիբաշվիլին իր տարեկան ունեցվածքի հայտարարագրում կեղծ տեղեկատվություն է ներկայացրել ընտանիքի անդամից տարեկան մեծ գումարներ ստանալու մասին։ Այսպիսով, մասնավոր բիզնեսին իր անօրինական մասնակցությամբ ստացված 830,000 լարի (306,000 դոլար) գումարը շրջանառվել է օրինական ճանապարհով։

2023-2024 թվականներին Ղարիբաշվիլին ձեռք է բերել և իր հետ կապված անձի անունով գրանցել է երկու մեքենա՝ 463.6 հազար լարի (171 հազար դոլար) արժողությամբ, ինչպես նաև ընտանիքի անդամի միջոցով 210 հազար լարիով (77.4 հազար դոլար) ձեռք է բերել անշարժ գույք ունեցող ընկերություններից մեկի բաժնեմասի 100%-ը։

Նա նաև 3.6 միլիոն լարի (1.3 միլիոն դոլար) է ներդրել ընտանիքի անդամի անունով գրանցված ՍՊԸ-ում։

Չհիմնավորված գումարի մեծ մասը փոխարկվել է արտարժույթի, ինչի արդյունքում 2025թ. հոկտեմբերի 17-ին Ղարիբաշվիլիի բնակարանի խուզարկության ժամանակ առգրավվել է 6.5 միլիոն դոլար։
