Panasonic ընկերությունը առաջին անգամ գրասենյակում թափանցիկ արևային վահանակներ տեղադրելը վստահել է սովորական շինարարներին

Վերջերս Panasonic-ը, համագործակցելով ճապոնական շինանյութերի արտադրող YKK AP-ի հետ, սկսել է պերովսկիտային արևային վահանակների տեղադրման փորձարկումը սովորական գրասենյակային պատուհաններում։ Ապակին նախատեսված է ընկնող լույսից էներգիա ստանալու համար։ Սա աշխատողների համար անծանոթ նյութ է, և Panasonic-ը մտադիր է ապահովել, որ «արևային» ապակու հետ աշխատանքը ոչ ավելի դժվար լինի, քան սովորական ապակու տեղադրումը, գրում է 3dnews.ru–ն։

Գրասենյակային շենքում տեղադրվել են 723 x 1080 մմ չափսի չորս պատուհաններ։ Ապակե վահանակները սկզբում տեղադրվել են եղանակակայուն փայտե շրջանակների մեջ։ Պետք է ընդգծել, որ փորձարկման ներկայիս փուլի հիմնական նպատակը այդ վահանակների տեխնոլոգիայի և տեղադրման հեշտության կատարելագործումն է, այլ ոչ թե էներգիայի արտադրությունը չափելը։

Panasonic-ի կողմից բնակելի շենքի արևային վահանակներով ապակեպատման փորձը նախկինում անցկացվել էր 2023 թվականի սեպտեմբերին: Այդ ժամանակ ընկերությունը Ֆուձիսավայի բնակելի շենքի լոջայի վրա տեղադրել էր թափանցիկ արևային վահանակներ: Այդ ժամանակ արևային պատուհանների արդյունավետությունը կազմում էր 17.9%: Այդ ժամանակվանից ի վեր Panasonic-ը բարելավել է իր արևային պատուհանների արտադրության տեխնոլոգիան, և իր նոր վահանակների արդյունավետությունը հասցրել է 18.1%–ի: Արևային մարտկոցները ապակու վրա տեղադրվում են լազերային փորագրության և թանաքային տպագրության միջոցով, որոնց համար հատկապես հարմար են պերովսկիտային նյութերը:

Ընթացիկ փորձի շրջանակներում գրասենյակում տեղադրվել են չորս պատուհաններ տարբեր թափանցիկության ապակիներով՝ կիսաթափանցիկից մինչև գրեթե լիովին թափանցիկ, իսկ փորձարկման վահանակներից մեկն էլ եղել է նախշավոր: Այս փորձը չի ներառի պատուհանների վահանակների էներգաարդյունավետության ուսումնասիրություն: Այն նպատակ ունի ստուգել ստանդարտ հմտություններ ունեցող աշխատողների կողմից նյութի պիտանիությունը շինարարության մեջ օգտագործելու համար:
