Ռեկորդ Տոկիոյի շուկայում. հսկա թյունոսը վաճառվել է 3.24 միլիոն դոլարով

Տոկիոյի Տոյոսու ձկան շուկայում սահմանվել է նոր համաշխարհային ռեկորդ։ Տարվա առաջին հանդիսավոր թյունոսի աճուրդում հսկայական կապույտ թյունոսը վաճառվել է 510 միլիոն իենով (մոտավորապես 3.24 միլիոն դոլար)։

Ձկանը որսացել են Օմա քաղաքի ափերին՝ Աոմորիի հյուսիսային պրեֆեկտուրայում, և այն կշռել է տպավորիչ՝ 243 կիլոգրամ (536 ֆունտ)։ Տեղական Օմայի կապույտ թյունոսը, որը իր հազվագյուտության և գնի պատճառով ստացել է «սև ադամանդներ» մականունը, ավանդաբար փնտրվում է Ճապոնիայի լավագույն խոհարարների կողմից։ Այս անգամ աճուրդի հաղթողը ճանաչվեց Kiyomura Corp.-ը՝ Sushizanmai սուշիի հայտնի ռեստորանների ցանցի սեփականատերը։

Kiyomura-ի նախագահ Կիյոշի Կիմուրան, որը հայտնի է որպես «Թյունոսի արքա», հաճախակի հաղթող է լինում աճուրդներում։ 2012 թվականին նա մեկ թյունոսի համար վճարել է 56.5 միլիոն իեն, 2013 թվականին՝ 155 միլիոն, իսկ 2019 թվականին սահմանել է ռեկորդ՝ թյունոսը գնելով 333.6 միլիոն իենով։

Վերջին տարիներին «Թյունոսի թագավորի» թագը ժամանակավորապես անցել է Onodera Group-ին՝ Sushi Ginza Onodera շքեղ ցանցի սեփականատերերին, որոնք անցյալ տարի աճուրդում առաջին ձուկը գնել էին «համեստ»՝ 207 միլիոն իենով (1.3 միլիոն դոլար):

Այս աճուրդում Կիմուրան կրկին հաղթեց՝ գերազանցելով իր սեփական 2019 թվականի ռեկորդը: «Ես կարծում էի, որ հաղթող առաջարկը մի փոքր ավելի ցածր կլինի՝ մոտ 300-400 միլիոն իեն, բայց վերջնական գինը գերազանցեց 500 միլիոնը»,-լրագրողներին ասաց Կիմուրան:

Նրա խոսքով՝ թյունոսի բարձր գինը վկայում է ճապոնական ռեստորանային արդյունաբերության լիակատար վերականգնման մասին համավարակից հետո. զբոսաշրջիկները կրկին ակտիվորեն այցելում են երկիր, իսկ տեղացիները՝ ավելի հաճախ, քան խիստ կարանտինի ժամանակ:

Աճուրդից հետո հսկա թյունոսը հասցվել է Sushizanmai-ի գլխավոր ռեստորան, որտեղ այն կտրատվել և բաժանվել է ցանցի մասնաճյուղերին: Կիմուրայի խոսքով՝ թյունոսով ուտեստները հաճախորդներին կվաճառվեն սովորական գներով:
