Գլխավոր դատախազը՝ ՔՊ-ի թիրախում

Հայ առաքելական եկեղեցու դեմ իր արշավանքում Փաշինյանը մոբիլիզացրել է ողջ ռեսուրսը, պետական տարբեր կառույցների ծառայողներին պարտադրում են մասնակցել Փաշինյանի «ուղտերթերին» և պատարագներին՝ հակառակ պարագայում սպառնալով հեռացնել։ Բայց և կան պետական կառույցներ, որոնց աշխատակիցները համառորեն հրաժարվում են մասնակցել, և այդ պատճառով էլ լուրջ հարվածի տակ են հայտնվել այլ կառույցների ղեկավարները։

Մեր տեղեկություններով՝ «Քաղպայմանագրում» չափազանց դժգոհ են գլխավոր դատախազ Աննա Վարդապետյանի վարած քաղաքականությունից։ Վերջինս Փաշինյանի իրավական հարցերով օգնականն էր և բավականին մեծ աջակցություն ուներ իշխող ՔՊ-ի կազմում։ Բայց գլխավոր դատախազ դառնալուց հետո Աննա Վարդապետյանը աշխատում է չշփվել «Քաղպայմանագրի» պատգամավորների հետ և պահել առնվազն դատախազության անկախության ֆորմալ կողմը, իսկ այս հանգամանքը լրջորեն մտահոգել է գործող իշխանություններին, որոնք առիթը բաց չեն թողնում գլխավոր դատախազի դեմ «բոչկա» գլորելու։

Ընդ որում, հատուկ արձանագրում են, որ դատախազության աշխատակիցները չեն մասնակցում որևէ հակաեկեղեցական գործողության։ Օրինակ՝ երեկ Սուրբ Աննա եկեղեցու մոտ տեղի ունեցած հավաքում եղել են ռազմական ոստիկանության աշխատակիցներ, պարբերաբար տարբեր քննիչներ, նույնիսկ ոստիկանության ներկայացուցիչներ՝ քաղաքացիական հագուստով, գալիս, ներկա են լինում, որպեսզի իրենց ղեկավարները Փաշինյանի մոտ ցույց տան, թե ակտիվորեն մասնակցում են հակաեկեղեցական գործողություններին։

Դատախազը, սակայն, կտրականապես հրաժարվում է նման քայլերից, ուստի և չի բացառվում, որ առաջիկայում հենց գլխավոր դատախազի համար բարդ իրավիճակ ստեղծվի և ընդհուպ վերջինիս պարտադրեն հրաժարական ներկայացնել։ Ինքը՝ Փաշինյանը, շատ ցավագին է ընդունում բոլոր այս դրսևորումները, երբ իր իսկ նշանակած կադրերը հրաժարվում են կատարել իր պահանջները։
