Արևային վահանակների չինական արտադրողը արծաթը կփոխարինի այլ մետաղներով

Չինական «LONGi Green Energy Technology Co.» ընկերությունը սկսելու է իր արևային վահանակների արտադրության մեջ արծաթի փոխարեն օգտագործել ոչ թանկարժեք մետաղներ։ Այս իրադարձությունը նշանակալի փոփոխություն կդառնա ոլորտում, քանի որ թանկարժեք մետաղի գների աճն ուժեղացնում է ճնշումն արտադրողների վրա, որոնք առանց այդ էլ պայքարում են դաժան մրցակցության դեմ և կրում լուրջ վնասներ։

Ակնկալվում է, որ ոչ թանկարժեք մետաղների կիրառմամբ արևային վահանակների զանգվածային արտադրությունը կսկսվի երկրորդ եռամսյակում։ Սա կօգնի «էլ ավելի նվազեցնել արևային մոդուլների ինքնարժեքը», երկուշաբթի հայտնել է ընկերությունը՝ առանց հավելյալ մանրամասների մեջ մտնելու։ Արևային վահանակներ արտադրողները վաղուց են ձգտում կրճատել արծաթի օգտագործումն իրենց արտադրանքի մեջ։ Թանկարժեք մետաղի ռեկորդային բարձր գները, որոնք պայմանավորված են աշխարհաքաղաքական լարվածության ֆոնին անվտանգ ակտիվների նկատմամբ կայուն պահանջարկով, ինչպես նաև Դաշնային պահուստային համակարգի կողմից տոկոսադրույքների նվազեցմամբ, միայն արագացրել են այս գործընթացը։

Ըստ BloombergNEF-ի տվյալների՝ արևային մոդուլների ինքնարժեքի մեջ արծաթի մասնաբաժինն այսօր կազմում է 14%՝ երկու տարի առաջվա 5%-ի փոխարեն։ Ի տարբերություն մրցակիցների մեծ մասի, չինական ընկերությունն արտադրում է հետնամասային կոնտակտային արևային էլեմենտներ (BC տեխնոլոգիա), որոնք արտադրում են ավելի շատ էներգիա՝ արևի լույսի նույն քանակի պայմաններում։ Թեև այս տեխնոլոգիան շուկայում ավելի փոքր մասնաբաժին ունի, քան առավել տարածված TopCon տեխնոլոգիան, BC էլեմենտներում արծաթը ոչ թանկարժեք մետաղներով փոխարինելն ավելի հեշտ է իրականացվում, հայտնել է ընկերությունը դեռ մայիսին։ Դա թույլ է տալիս կրճատել ինքնարժեքը 0,02 յուանով՝ մեկ վատտի դիմաց։
