2025թ.-ի սկզբին կանխատեսած բոլոր վատագույն սցենարները, ցավոք, իրականացան. Նաիրի Սարգսյան

2025 թ.-ի սկզբի կանխատեսած բոլոր վատագույն սցենարները, ցավոք, իրականացան, օրինակ՝ ասում էինք, որ բյուջեի կատարողականի եկամտային հատվածը չեն կարողանալու ապահովել, այդպես էլ եղավ։  Պետական պարտքը հատել է նախաշնված շեմը, պարտքի միայն տոկոսի սպասարկումը 400 միլիարդ դրամի շրջանակներում է, պարտքը որևէ կերպ ՀՀ-ի համար ներուժ՝ լրացուցիչ եկամուտ գեներացնելու պոտենցյալ չի ստեղծել, հետևաբար նշանակում է, որ բյուջեից ուղղակի 400 միլիարդ դրամ դուրս ենք գրում տոկոսային ծախսի սպասարկման համար, Aysor.am-ի հետ զրույցում նշել է «Հայաստանը ես եմ» նախաձեռնության ղեկավար Նաիրի Սարգսյանը։  

«Տնտեսական ակտիվությունը հայտարարվում է յոթ տոկոսի շրջանակներում, իհարկե կան օբյեկտիվ աճի ոլորտներ՝ շինարարությունը՝ պետական ներդրումներով, միջազգային վարկերով՝ մասնավորապես ճանապարհաշինարարությունը, որ կաշառք է 2026 թվականի համար, դրա հաշվին կա սպառման աճ, բայց տնտեսական իրական աճի պատկերը խիստ մտահոգիչ է»,-նշել է նա։

Նաիրի Սարգսյանի գնահատմամբ՝ Հայաստանի արտաքին առևտրաշրջանառությունը տարվա վերջին մոտավորապես 40-ից 50 տոկոսի շրջանակներում անկում կգրանցի, տուրիստական ներհոսքի աճ անցնող տարում չի եղել։ Տնտեսական աճ ասվածը ձևավորում են երեք գործոններ՝ բնակչության աճը, տուրիստական հոսքը, արտաքին առևտրաշրջանառության աճը, առաջին երկու գործոնի դեպքում աճ չի գրանցվել, վերջինն էլ 50 տոկոսով նվազել է, հետևաբար թե ինչպես են տնտեսական աճ նկարում, Սարգսյանը դժվարանում է ասել, ընդգծում է՝ ֆանտազիա է պետք հասկանալու համար՝ ինչ նկարչություն են անում։

«2026-ը ես բաժանել եմ երկու մասի, առաջին հատվածում ՀՀ-ում շարունակվելու են բոլոր բացասական իրողությունները, հունիսից հետոն արդեն ՀՀ ժողովրդի ձեռքում է, 2026 թվականը գոյության և չգոյության դեմ պայքար է, երկու ջրբաժանի արանքում ենք, հայ ժողովուրդը կամ պետք է ընտրի Հայաստանի հարատևումն ու զարգացումը կամ ՀՀ լուծարումը, որն արդեն մեկնարկել է։
Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի ձեռքում չէ այլևս վերընտրվելը, հավաքական ընդդիմության ձեռքում է, ՀՀ գոյության պայքարը ընդդիմադիրները վերածեցին սովորական քաղաքական մրցավազքի, մինչդեռ նժարին ՀՀ գոյությունն է և ոչ թե քաղաքական մրցավազքի կարիք կա, այլ՝ ՀՀ գոյության համար ճակատամարտի մղման»,-ասել է նա։
