Որ գերատեսչություններն են ակտիվ և պասիվ եղել օրենսդրական նախաձեռնությունների հարցում. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Անցնող ամիսներին «Փաստը» ներկայացրել է իրավական ակտերի նախագծերի հրապարակման միասնական կայքում հանրային քննարկման ներկայացված տարբեր նախագծեր։ Տարեվերջյան մեր համարում ընթերցողներին կներկայացնենք, թե որոնք են ամենաքննարկված երեք նախագծերը և թե որ գերատեսչություններն են ակտիվ եղել օրենսդրական նախագծեր ներկայացնելու հարցում, որոնք՝ ոչ։

Ամենաքննարկվող երեք նախագծերը ներկայացրել է ԿԳՄՍ նախարարությունը։ Առաջինը «Հայոց պատմություն» առարկայի անվանման փոփոխությանը վերաբերող օրենսդրական նախագիծն է։ Հիշեցնենք, որ առարկան վերանվանվեց «Հայաստանի պատմություն»։ Երկրորդը վերաբերում էր կրթական նոր չափորոշչի ներդրմանը, իսկ երրորդը՝ ուսումնական հաստատությունների հավասարաչափ ֆինանսավորմանը։

Հարթակի վիճակագրություն բաժնից պարզ է դառնում, որ հարթակում օրենսդրական նախագծեր ներկայացնելու հարցում առաջատար է նույն ԿԳՄՍ նախարարությունը, որը ներկայացրել է 1068 նախագիծ։ Կրթական գերատեսչությանը հաջորդում են արդարադատության նախարարությունը՝ 947, տնտեսական զարգացման և ներդրումների նախարարությունը՝ 876, տարածքային կառավարման և ենթակառուցվածքների նախարարությունը՝ 605, աշխատանքի և սոցիալական հարցերի նախարարությունը՝ 562 նախագծերով։

Հաջորդիվ տասնյակում են պետական եկամուտների կոմիտեն, շրջակա միջավայրի նախարարությունը, առողջապահության նախարարությունը, քաղաքաշինության պետական կոմիտեն։ Թվով ամենից քիչ նախագծերը ներկայացրել է պաշտպանության նախարարությունը։
