Լոռու մարզում կանխվել է վրեժխնդրության շարժառիթով պլանավորված uպանnւթյnւնը

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Լոռու մարզային քննչական վարչությունում նախաձեռնված քրեական վարույթի նախաքննության ընթացքում պարզվել է, որ 2025 թվականի սեպտեմբերի 20-ին մարզի բնակիչ Հ․Տ․-ն ընկերոջ՝ Ս․Կ․-ի հետ խմբի կազմում, փոխլրացնելով միմյանց  գործողությունները, ծագած վիճաբանության ժամանակ ձեռքերով և ոտքերով, ապա նաև կտրող-ծակող գործիքով հարվածներ են հասցրել անչափահաս Ռ․Գ․-ի մարմնի տարբեր մասերին՝ դիտավորությամբ նրա առողջությանը պատճառելով կյանքին վտանգ սպառնացող ծանր մարմնական վնասվածքներ:

Այնուհետև, դեպքից որոշ ժամանակ անց Ռ․Գ․-ն ընկերոջ՝ Ա․Թ․-ի հետ խմբի կազմում, փոխլրացնելով միմյանց գործողությունները, վրեժխնդիր լինելու նպատակով, պլանավորել և նախապատրաստել են հաշվեհարդար տեսնել, այն է՝ սպանել Հ․Տ․-ին և Ս․Կ․-ին։

Մասնավորապես՝ նախաքննության շրջանակում հիմնավորվել է, որ Ռ․Գ․-ն զրուցելու պատրվակով պետք է հանդիպեր Հ․Տ․-ին և Ս․Կ․-ին, իսկ Ա․Թ․-ն սպասեր նախապես ընտրված թաքստոցում, որից հետո վերջինս պետք է դուրս գար թաքստոցից և Ռ․Գ․-ի հետ միասին նախապես վերցված հրազեններով սպանեին նրանց, ապա ընտրված երթուղով դիմեին փախուստի և թաքնվեին նախապես պլանավորած վայրում, սակայն հանցագործությունը կանխվել է Քննչական կոմիտեի Լոռու մարզային քննչական վարչությունում նախաձեռնված քրեական վարույթի շրջանակում իրականացված լայնածավալ քննչական գործողությունների, ինչպես նաև՝ ՀՀ ՆԳՆ ոստիկանության մարզային վարչության աշխատակիցների հետ համատեղ ձեռնարկված միջոցառումների արդյունքում:

Բացի այդ, նախաքննության ընթացքում հիմնավորվել է նաև, որ Ռ․Գ․-ն սույն թվականի սեպտեմբերին, մարմնական վնասվածք պատճառելու ուղղակի դիտավորությամբ, դանակով հարվածներ է հասցրել անչափահաս Դ․Մ․-ի մարմնի տարբեր մասերին՝ նրա առողջությանը պատճառելով միջին ծանրության վնաս:

Ռ․Գ․-ի նկատմամբ հարուցվել է հանրային քրեական հետապնդում՝ Քրեական օրենսգրքի 43-155-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով (սպանության նախապատրաստություն), 167-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 4-րդ և 8-րդ կետերով (անչափահասի նկատմամբ, զենքի կամ մարմնական վնասվածք պատճառելու համար նախապես պատրաստված կամ հարմարեցված առարկայի կամ միջոցի գործադրմամբ առողջությանը միջին ծանրության վնաս պատճառելը), Ա․Թ․-ի նկատմամբ՝ 43-155-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 8-րդ կետով (մի խումբ անձանց կողմից սպանության նախապատրաստությունը)։

Նրանց նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց կիրառվել է կալանքը:

Ս․Կ․-ի, Հ․Տ․-ի նկատմամբ հարուցվել է հանրային քրեական հետապնդում՝ Քրեական օրենսգրքի 166-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 2-րդ և 5-րդ կետերով (մի խումբ անձանց կողմից անչափահասի առողջությանը ծանր վնաս պատճառելը)։

Ս․Կ․-ի նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց կիրառվել է կալանքը, իսկ Հ․Տ․-ի նկատմամբ՝ տնային կալանքը:

Քրեական վարույթը մեղադրական եզրակացությամբ ուղարկվել է հսկող դատախազին:

Ծանուցում. հանցագործության համար մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ Քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով։
