Մոսկվան Փաշինյանի արցունքներին չի հավատում

Գործարար, բարերար Սամվել Կարապետյանի և նրա ընտանիքին պատկանող «Հայաստանի էլեկտրական ցանցերի» դեմ Հայաստանի իշխանությունների ապօրինի գործողությունները մի քանի անգամ արժանացել են ռուսական կողմի կոշտ քննադատություններին, ընդ որում՝ գնալով Ռուսաստանի ԱԳՆ-ի գնահատականներն ավելի ու ավելի կոշտ են դառնում։ Ռուսաստանի ԱԳՆ մամուլի խոսնակ Մարիա Զախարովան հայտարարել է, թե Ռուսաստանի քաղաքացիների և արտասահմանում գտնվող ռուսական բիզնեսի շահերի պաշտպանությունը միշտ ռուսական կողմի առաջնահերթությունների ցանկում է։

«Մենք այս գործունեությունն իրականացնում ենք բացառապես օտարերկրյա պետությունների օրենքներն ու ինքնիշխանությունը հաշվի առնելով։ Այդ առումով Սամվել Կարապետյանի մոտ հյուպատոսական մուտք ենք ապահովել Երևանում ՌԴ դեսպանատան միջոցով և շարունակում ենք հետևել նրա վիճակին, ինքնազգացողությանը և նրա օրինական իրավունքների պահպանմանը»,– ասել է ՌԴ ԱԳՆ ներկայացուցիչը։

Ինչ վերաբերում է ՀԷՑ-ի շուրջ ծավալվող իրադարձություններին, Զախարովան ասել է, թե «այլ գործարարներ, թե՛ ռուսաստանցի, թե՛ արտասահմանցի, զգուշավոր են դարձել Հայաստանում իրենց նախագծերի հեռանկարները գնահատելիս»։ Ռուսաստանի ԱԳՆ ներկայացուցիչը նաև ակնհայտորեն հասկացրել է, որ իրենց բոլորովին դուր չի գալիս հակառուսական քարոզչությունը, որ տարվում է գործող իշխանության կողմից։ Առավել ևս, որ ընդամենը օրեր առաջ Սանկտ Պետերբուրգում Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը շնորհակալությունների շքերթ էր կազմակերպել՝ դիմելով Վլադիմիր Պուտինին։

Ըստ Զախարովայի՝ անհասկանալի է, թե ինչ չափանիշներով է ՀՀ իշխանությունը ընդդիմադիր անձանց անվանում «ռուսական ազդեցության գործակալներ»։ «Եթե այդ մարդիկ կողմ են հանդես գալիս երկկողմ հարաբերությունների զարգացմանը, ապա Փաշինյանը նույնպես խոսում է ՌԴ-ի հետ հարաբերությունների զարգացման մասին։ Բայց եթե պարզապես հաշվեհարդար են տեսնում ընդդիմության ներկայացուցիչների հետ Ռուսաստանի «սոուսի» տակ, ապա դա արդեն բարեկամական մոտեցում չէ»,– ասել է նա։ Եվ սա, նշենք, բավականին լուրջ և կոշտ քննադատություն է։ Թե ինչպես կպատասխանի փաշինյանական իշխանությունը, բարդ է ասել։
