Փաշինյանը մերժել է ռուսական մասնակցությունը «Թրամփի ուղուն»

Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը երեկ Սանկտ Պետերբուրգում հանդիպել է Ռուսաստանի նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինի հետ, քննարկել հայ-ռուսական հարաբերությունները: Ամենակարևոր հարցերից մեկը, որ քննարկել են Հայաստանի վարչապետն ու Ռուսաստանի նախագահը, եղել է, այսպես կոչված, հաղորդակցություններին, ավելի ճիշտ՝ «Թրամփի ուղուն» ռուսական կողմի մասնակցության հնարավորության հարցը։ Հիշեցնենք, անցած շաբաթ Մոսկվայից հայտարարել էին, թե առանց Ռուսաստանի մասնակցության գործընկերները չեն կարող գործարկել «Թրամփի ուղին»։

ԱԳՆ ներկայացուցիչ Միխայիլ Կալուգինը հայտարարել էր, թե ռուսական մասնակցության համար կամ բավարար հիմքեր։ Ըստ էության կանխատեսել էինք նախքան Փաշինյանի այցը, որ «Թրամփի ուղուն» ռուսական կողմի մասնակցության հնարավորությունը լինելու է հիմնական հարցերից մեկը, և ըստ դրա Ռուսաստանը հասկանալու է՝ արդյոք Հայաստանը պատրա՞ստ է համագործակցել իրենց հետ, թե՞ ոչ։

Փաշինյանը Սանկտ Պետերբուրգում հայտարարել է, թե «Թրամփի ուղու» նախագծում բազմաթիվ նյուանսներ կան, որոնք առնչվում են հայ-ռուսական հարաբերություններին, բայց թե ինչպիսի, այդպես էլ չի նշել։ Ռուսաստանի նախագահն էլ անդրադարձել է լոգիստիկ հարցերին, բայց կրկին առանց կոնկրետությունների։ «Մեր վերջին հանդիպմանը ժամանակ դուք բարձրացրեցիք տարբեր հարցեր, որոնց վրա կարող ենք համատեղ աշխատել։ Ես նկատի ունեմ հին երթուղիների վերականգնումը և նոր երթուղիների ստեղծումը, որոնք բացում են Հայաստանի սահմանները»,- ասել է Վլադիմիր Պուտինը։

Ի պատասխան Փաշինյանը հայտարարել է, որ հասունացել է Հայաստանի մի քանի այլ երկաթուղային հատվածների վերաբացման օրակարգը։ Խոսքը Իջևանի, Երասխի և Ախուրիկի հատվածների մասին է։ Թե ինչ են քննարկել, արդեն փակ դռների ետևում չի հաղորդվում։ Բայց այս խոսակցությունից ակնհայտ է դառնում, որ հայկական կողմն ամենևին էլ մտադիր չէ ռուսական կողմին ներգրավել «Թրամփի ուղուն», առավել ևս, որ ամերիկացիները ևս դեմ կլինեն։

Փոխարենը բարձրացնելով Հարավկովկասյան երկաթուղու վերազինման և արդիականացման բավականին կոշտ հարցեր, պաշտոնական Երևանը, ըստ էության, Ռուսաստանին դնում է բավականին բարդ իրավիճակում, և դրանք չանելու դեպքում արդեն չի բացառվում, որ դրվի «Հարավկովկասյան երկաթուղու» կոնցեսիոն պայմանագիրը խզելու հարցը, ինչը, նշենք, բավականին երկար ժամանակ է Հայաստանի գործող իշխանությունների օրակարգում է։
