ԱՄՆ-ն հայտնել է Վենեսուելայի ափերի մոտ երկրորդ լցանավի բռնագրավման մասին․ Կարակասն արձագանքել է

ԱՄՆ իշխանությունները հայտարարել են միջազգային ջրերում երկրորդ լցանավի բռնագրավման մասին՝ ընդամենը մի քանի օր անց այն բանից հետո, երբ ԱՄՆ նախագահ Դոնալդ Թրամփը հայտարարեց բոլոր նավթային տանկերների «բլոկադայի» մասին, որոնք գտնվում են պատժամիջոցների տակ և մտնում կամ լքում են Վենեսուելան։

ԱՄՆ ներքին անվտանգության նախարար Քրիստի Նոեմը շաբաթ օրը X սոցիալական ցանցում հրապարակել է բռնագրավման տեսագրությունը, որտեղ երևում է, թե ինչպես են ուղղաթիռները շրջապատում նավը։

«Այսօր վաղ առավոտյան՝ դեկտեմբերի 20-ին, մինչև արևածագը, ԱՄՆ ծովային պահպանությունը պաշտպանության նախարարության աջակցությամբ ձերբակալեց նավթային լցանավը, որը վերջին անգամ կանգ էր առել Վենեսուելայում։ Միացյալ Նահանգները շարունակելու է պայքարել պատժամիջոցների տակ գտնվող նավթի ապօրինի տեղափոխման դեմ, որը օգտագործվում է տարածաշրջանում նարկոտեռորիզմի ֆինանսավորման համար։ Մենք կգտնենք ձեզ և կկանգնեցնենք։ Շնորհակալություն մեր քաջարի տղամարդկանց և կանանց՝ @USCG և @DeptofWar-ից», — նշել է նախարար Նոեմը։

ԱՄՆ ներկայացուցիչը CBS News-ին հաստատել է, որ պատժամիջոցների տակ գտնվող նավի ձերբակալությունը Վենեսուելայի ափերի մոտ իրականացվել է նույն սխեմայով, ինչ նախորդ բռնագրավումը, ինչը թույլ է տալիս ենթադրել, որ սա մեկանգամյա գործողություն չէ, այլ ավելի լայն և մշտական արշավի մաս՝ պատժամիջոցների պահպանման ապահովման համար։

Reuters-ի հաղորդմամբ, Վենեսուելայի կառավարությունը շաբաթ օրը հրապարակած հայտարարությամբ դատապարտել է նավթ տեղափոխող նոր նավի բռնագրավումը՝ դա անվանելով «միջազգային ծովահենության լուրջ ակտ»։

«Վենեսուելան դատապարտում և մերժում է նավթ տեղափոխող նոր մասնավոր նավի բռնագրավումը, ինչպես նաև նրա անձնակազմի բռնի անհետացումը, որոնք իրականացվել են ԱՄՆ զինծառայողների կողմից միջազգային ջրերում», — նշված է հայտարարությունում։

Կարակասը հայտարարել է, որ այս գործողությունների մասին կհաղորդի ՄԱԿ Անվտանգության խորհրդին, այլ բազմակողմ կազմակերպություններին և կառավարություններին։
