Ժամանակն է, որ Եվրոպան վերսկսի երկխոսությունը Ռուսաստանի հետ. Մակրոն

Բրյուսելում ԵՄ գագաթնաժողովից հետո Ֆրանսիայի նախագահ Էմանուել Մակրոնը հայտարարել է, որ ժամանակն է, որ Եվրոպան վերսկսի երկխոսությունը Ռուսաստանի հետ։ Այս մասին հաղորդում է ՏԱՍՍ-ը:

«Ես կարծում եմ, որ Վլադիմիր Պուտինի հետ զրույցը կրկին օգտակար կլինի»,- նրա խոսքերը մեջբերել է Le Figaro-ն. «Կարծում եմ՝ մենք՝ եվրոպացիներս և ուկրաինացիներս, պետք է գտնենք այս քննարկումները պատշաճ կերպով վերսկսելու ձևաչափ։ Հակառակ դեպքում, մենք քննարկենք մեզ հետ բանակցողների հետ, ովքեր առանձին բանակցություններ կվարեն ռուսական կողմի հետ, ինչը օպտիմալ չէ»։

ԵՄ գագաթնաժողովի մասնակիցները չկարողացան համաձայնության գալ Կիևին «փոխհատուցման վարկի» անվան տակ սառեցված ռուսական ակտիվների բռնագրավման վերաբերյալ։ Դրա փոխարեն որոշում է կայացվել Ուկրաինային 90 միլիարդ եվրո հատկացնել առաջիկա երկու տարիների ընթացքում, հայտարարեց Եվրահանձնաժողովի նախագահ Ուրսուլա ֆոն դեր Լեյենը եզրափակիչ մամուլի ասուլիսում։

Պուտինը նախկինում հայտարարել էր, որ հույս ունի, որ Եվրոպան կվերադառնա Մոսկվայի հետ երկխոսության ուղուն։ Ռուսաստանի առաջնորդը նշել է, որ չնայած դա քիչ հավանական է ներկայիս եվրոպական էլիտաների օրոք, դա անխուսափելի է նրանց փոխարինումից հետո և Ռուսաստանի դիրքերի ամրապնդմանը զուգընթաց։
