Փաշինյանը՝ հանուն մի օլիգարխի շահերի

Բջջային հեռախոսների շուկան միշտ էլ ամենահամեղ կտորներից է եղել, որի համար մշտապես լուրջ պայքար է գնացել տարբեր իշխանական խմբերի, օլիգարխների միջև, և այդ խմբերն էլ ամեն ինչ արել են, որպեսզի իրենք կարողանան բջջային հեռախոսներ ներմուծել Հայաստան։

Դրա համար բոլորովին զարմանալի չէ, որ օդանավակայաններում և անցակետերում չափազանց խստորեն են հետևում այլ երկրներից Հայաստան բջջային հեռախոսներ բերելու հանգամանքին։ Եվ այժմ էլ գործող իշխանություններն են կարծես դարձել իշխանական օլիգարխներից մեկի շահերի սպասարկուն՝ փորձելով ամեն ինչ անել աջակցելու վերջինիս բիզնեսին շարքային քաղաքացիների հաշվին։ Երեկ կառավարության նիստում Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը դիմել է Պետեկամուտների կոմիտեի նախագահ Էդվարդ Հակոբյանին, հայտարարել, թե պետք է արագ բջջային հեռախոսների համակարգը ներդնել։

«Երկրում չի կարող մտնել բջջային հեռախոս, որի հարկերը վճարված չեն, բացառությամբ ոնց պայմանավորվել ենք։ Ամեն քաղաքացի տարեկան կարա մի հեռախոս կամ մի 2 հեռախոս մտցնել», ասել է Փաշինյանը և հավելել. «Թող տարեկան 2 հեռախոս մտցնի, մի հատ իր համար է բերում, մի հատ ընտանիքի, բայց դա պետք է մենք կարողանանք վերստուգել։ Ո՞նց կարելի է այդպես վարվել»։ Նշենք, որ այսօր Հայաստան բջջային հեռախոսներ մի քանի ընկերություններ են ներմուծում, բայց ամենամեծը Սամվել Ալեքսանյանի ընկերությունն է, որի ու գործող իշխանությունների բիզնես շահերի, ընդհանրությունների մասին բազմաթիվ հոդվածներ, հրապարակումներ են եղել։

Ըստ էության, Փաշինյանն իր այս հայտարարությամբ հերթական ապօրինությունն է անում հանուն Սամվել Ալեքսանյանի, որպեսզի վերջինս կարողանա ավելի շատ բջջային հեռախոսներ ներմուծել Հայաստան, ավելի շատ շահույթ ստանա, ավելի շատ գումարներ փոխանցի Փաշինյանի և նրա տիկնոջ հաշիվներին, իսկ շարքային քաղաքացիները շարունակելու են խնդիրների բախվել տարբեր անցակետերում:
