Իրանը կոշտ զգուշացում է արել Հայաստանին

Օգոստոսի 8-ի հռչակագրից հետո ամենակարևոր հարցերից մեկը, որ տալիս են Հայաստանի գործող իշխանություններին, Իրանի վերաբերմունքն է այսպես կոչված «Թրամփի ճանապարհին»։ Ու թեպետ փոխարտգործնախարարի, ապա և վարչապետի մակարդակով հանդիպումներ էին կայացել, Իրանի նախագահն էլ ժամանել էր Հայաստան, որտեղ նրան հավաստիացրել էին՝ «Թրամփի ուղին» ուղղված չէ Իրանի Իսլամական Հանրապետության կամ որևէ այլ երկրի դեմ, Թեհրանից հնչող նյարդային հայտարարությունները վկայում են, որ Իրանը ամենևին էլ մինչ օրս ոգևորված չէ ամերիկյան նախագծի իրականացմամբ։ Երեկ էլ Իսլամական հեղափոխության առաջնորդի միջազգային հարցերով ավագ խորհրդական Ալի Աքբար Վելայաթին հայտարարել է, որ Իրանը դեմ է Դոնալդ Թրամփի՝ Կովկասի վերաբերյալ ծրագրին, քանի որ այն լրջագույն սպառնալիք է Իրանի անվտանգության համար։

Վելայաթին այս հայտարարությունն արել է Թեհրանում Հայաստանի դեսպան Գրիգոր Հակոբյանի հետ հանդիպման ժամանակ։ «Թրամփի այսպես կոչված Կովկասի ծրագիրը ոչնչով չի տարբերվում Զանգեզուրի միջանցքից, և Իրանը կտրականապես դեմ է դրան»,– ընդգծել է Վելայաթին։ Նա պարզաբանել է, որ միջանցքը Իրանից հյուսիս պայմաններ է ստեղծում ՆԱՏՕ-ի ներկայության համար և լուրջ անվտանգության սպառնալիք է Իրանի հյուսիսային և Ռուսաստանի հարավային մասերի համար։ Նա միաժամանակ հայտարարել է, որ այս ծրագիրը գործնականում նույն նախագիծն է, որի անունը պարզապես փոխվել է և որն այժմ իրականացնում է Հայաստանը՝ ամերիկյան ընկերությունների ժամանման եղանակով։

Թեպետ դեսպանը փորձել է հավաստիացնել հակառակը, բայց և իրանական պաշտոնական լրատվամիջոցների ու պաշտոնյաների հայտարարություններից կարելի է դատել, որ Թեհրանը բավականին կոշտ դիմադրելու է «Թրամփի ուղու» ստեղծմանը։ Իհարկե, Իրանը սեփական տնտեսական ու քաղաքական հաշվարկներն ունի և միաժամանակ ցանկանում է, որ Ադրբեջանը Նախիջևանին կապող ճանապարհն անցնի իր տարածքով, այլ ոչ թե Հայաստանի։ Բայց և բացի տնտեսականից առանցքային է անվտանգային գործոնը։ Իսկ այս դեպքում սա պարզապես հաշվի չառնել ՀՀ իշխանությունները չեն կարող։
