Երբ խնդիրը ճիշտ ես դնում, լուծում միշտ էլ կա. Գագիկ Ծառուկյան

Գագիկ Ծառուկյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

«Առաջարկ Հայաստանին» ծրագրի երիտասարդական մրցույթին ներկայացված նախագծերը և դրանց հեղինակներն ինձ նոր լիցք, նոր ուժ են հաղորդել։

Եթե մի դահլիճում այսքան փայլուն երիտասարդներ, ուսանողներ կան, եթե մի մրցույթին այսքան հետաքրքիր առաջարկներ են հնչում, ապա կարելի է վստահ լինել, որ այս սերունդը Հայաստանը տանելու է մեծ հաջողությունների։ Սրանում ոչ մի կասկած չունեմ։Չի՛ կարող նման սերունդ ունեցող պետությունը լինել խեղճացած ու անզոր։

Այս երիտասարդներին, այս սերնդին պետք է փայփայել, նրանք անգին են։ Նրանք Հայաստանի ամենամեծ հարստությունն են։

Մենք պետք է ամեն ինչ անենք, որ նրանք մնան Հայաստանում, մենք պետք է ամեն ինչ անենք, որ հեռացածները վերադառնան։ Սա ստրատեգիական նշանակության խնդիր է, որն առանցքային է «Առաջարկ Հայաստանին» ծրագրում։

Ուժեղ և ժամանակակից, բարգավաճ Հայաստան ունենալու համար պետք է անել ամեն ինչ, որպեսզի՝

1. այս երիտասարդները մնան Հայաստանում,

2. ունենան զարգանալու, կայանալու բացառիկ լավ հնարավորություններ,

3. ընտանիք կազմեն և երեխաներ ունենան Հայաստանում։

Սրանք նպատակներ են, որոնք պետք է իրականացվեն կոնկրետ ծրագրերի և գրագետ աշխատանքի միջոցով։

Հեռու չգնանք․ մրցույթին մասնակցած երիտասարդներն իրենց հիմնական խնդիրներից որպես օրինակ նշել են առաջին աշխատանքը գտնելու դժվարությունը։

Այս հարցը պետությունը պետք է լուծի։ Չի՛ կարող փայլուն առաջադիմությամբ, կարմիր դիպլոմով, բարձր ՄՈԳ-ով, փայլուն հեռանկարով ուսանողն ավարտի ուսումն ու մնա դրսում։

Պետությունն ինքը կարիք ունի լավ գիտելիքներով մասնագետների, և եթե պետական համակարգը մաքրենք ծանոթ - բարեկամի կամ կուսակցական չափանիշներով ընտրվածներից, ապա լավ երիտասարդ կադրերի համար շատ տեղեր կբացվեն։

Պետությունը կարող է և պարտավոր է աշխատել նաև մասնավոր սեկտորի հետ՝ այս խնդիրը լուծելու համար։ Լավ մասնագետներ բոլորին են պետք։ Կարելի է գտնել տարբերակ, որի դեպքում և՛ ԲՈՒՀ-ը նոր ավարտածը կշահի, և՛ բիզնեսը, իսկ վերջնարդյունքում՝ կշահի պետությունը։

Երբ խնդիրը ճիշտ ես դնում, լուծում միշտ էլ կա։ Այս օրինակի դեպքում իրենց խնդրի լուծման տարբերակներ առաջարկել են հենց ուսանողները՝ իրենց ներկայացրած նախագծերում։

Ինձ համար ամենաանընդունելի ձևակերպումներից է, երբ ասում են՝ «այդ հարցը լուծում չունի»։ Սա ասում են այն դեպքում, երբ չգիտեն լուծումը։ Բոլոր հարցերը լուծում ունեն՝ դժվար, թե հեշտ։

Երիտասարդների աջակցության ծրագիրը պետք է ներառի Հայաստանում կյանքը տեսնելու, կառուցելու, կայանալու ամբողջ ցիկլը. աշխատել, կրթվել, բիզնես դնել, ստեղծագործել, բնակարան ձեռք բերել, սոցիալական երաշխիքներ ունենալ։

Ասում եմ ամենայն պատասխանատվությամբ․ բոլորը լուծվող հարցեր են։ Երբ կա խնդրի գիտակցում և կամք, փայլուն կերպով կարելի է լուծել այդ հարցերը։

Երիտասարդներն ուզում են արդարություն: Արդար բարքեր, արդար խաղի կանոններ։
«Առաջարկ Հայաստանին» ծրագրի ամենակարևոր թիրախներից մեկը պետք է լինի արդար բարքերով Հայաստան կառուցելը։

Ժողովուրդը, որն ունի նման փայլուն սերունդ, պետությունը, որն ունի նման փայլուն երիտասարդություն, վստահաբար մեծ հաջողություններ է ունենալու։

Իսկ հիմա պարզապես ուզում եմ շնորհակալություն հայտնել այդ փայլուն երիտասարդներին և նրանց ծնողներին։
