Հայաստանը մեգածրագրերի մաս դարձնելը պետք է դառնա ապագա ազգային իշխանությունների խնդիրը. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Հայաստանը կարող է դառնալ Հյուսիս-Հարավ, Հնդկաստան-Եվրոպա, Մեկ գոտի-Մեկ ճանապարհ մեգածրագրերի մաս: Դրա համար, ըստ ՀՀԿ Գործադիր մարմնի անդամ Գագիկ Մինասյանի, առաջին հերթին անհրաժեշտ է նպաստավոր աշխարհագրական դիրք, ենթակառուցվածքներին ներկայացվող պահանջների բավարարում, ծրագրերի հիմնական շահառուների հետ բարեկամական ու վստահելի հարաբերություններ։ Այս ծրագրերի մաս դառնալը կարող է տնտեսական, քաղաքական, անվտանգային հնարավորություններ տալ երկրին։

Իսկ ի՞նչ պետք է անել այս մեգածրագրերին միանալու մեր հնարավորությունը մեծացնելու համար: Ըստ Գագիկ Մինասյանի առնվազն անհրաժեշտ է մի քանի կետ, օրինակ՝ կառուցել Մեղրաձորի ավտոմոբիլային թունելն ու Վանաձոր-Մեղրաձորի թունել-Հրազդան ավտոմայրուղին, Վանաձոր-Ֆիոլետովո երկաթուղին, Սողանքի ռիսկից զերծ տարածքում՝ Հրազդան-Կայան երկաթուղու Հաղարծին գյուղի հատվածը, ԳագարինԱգարակ երկաթուղին: Ըստ հաշվարկների, այս չորս ծրագրի իրականացման գումարային արժեքը շուրջ 3,852 մլրդ դոլար է:

Գագիկ Մինասյանի համոզմամբ, Հայաստանը կարող է առաջարկել նշված մեգածրագրերին մի քանի երթուղի: Մասնավորաբար՝ Հյուսիս-Հարավ՝ մինչև աբխազական երկաթուղու գործարկումը Ռուսաստանից Սև ծովով կամ ավտոմայրուղով Վրաստան, այնուհետև Հայաստան։ Հայաստանով ավտոմայրուղով կամ երկաթուղով, կամ երկաթուղով, ապա՝ ավտոմայրուղով դեպի Իրան, այնուհետև Հնդկաստան։ Հաջորդը՝ Հնդկաստան (նաև Պարսից ծոցի երկրներ) - Եվրոպա՝ Հնդկաստան (Պարսից ծոցի երկրներ) -Իրան-Հայաստան։ Հայաստանով ավտոմայրուղով կամ երկաթուղով, կամ ավտոմայրուղով, ապա՝ երկաթուղով դեպի Վրաստան այնուհետև-Սև ծով-Եվրոպա։ Վերջապես՝ Մեկ գոտի - Մեկ ճանապարհ (միջին միջանցք)՝ Չինաստան-միջինասիական պետություններ-Կասպից ծով-Ադրբեջան, այնուհետև՝ Հայաստանով կամ Վրաստանով Թուրքիա ու Եվրոպա։ Ընդ որում, Վրաստանից Եվրոպա կարելի է հասնել նաև Սև ծովով։

Միևնույն ժամանակ Գագիկ Մինասյանը շեշտում է, որ Հայաստանը Հյուսիս-Հարավ, Հնդկաստան-Եվրոպա, Մեկ գոտի-Մեկ ճանապարհ մեգածրագրերի մաս դարձնելը պետք է դառնա ապագա ազգային իշխանությունների խնդիրը։
