Հայաստանը դիտարկվում է ոչ թե որպես ինքնիշխան պետություն, այլ որպես կառավարման օբյեկտ. Հրայր Կամենդատյան

Հրայր Կամենդատյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

Երբ ԵՄ բարձրագույն պաշտոնյան լրագրողների առաջ ասում է, որ «այսօրվա հանդիպմանը կքննարկեն Հայաստանի հարցը», դա նշանակում է մեկ բան․

Հայաստանը դիտարկվում է ոչ թե որպես ինքնիշխան պետություն, այլ որպես կառավարման օբյեկտ։
Ո՞վ եք դուք, որ քննարկեք Հայաստանի «հարցը»։

Հայաստանը խնդիր չէ, որ դրվի սեղանին։

Հայաստանը երկիր է, ժողովուրդ է, պետություն է։

Սա նույն սցենարն է, որով քանդեցին պետություններ․ սկզբում «մտահոգություն», հետո «քաղաքական քննարկում», ապա «պայմանական աջակցություն», իսկ վերջում՝ լիակատար կախվածություն և ներսից փլուզում։

Այս մեխանիզմն ունի անուն, և բոլորը գիտեն՝ ուկրաինացում։ Հայաստանի ներքին քաղաքական կյանքը ձեր իրավասությունը չէ։ Մեր իշխանությունը ձևավորվում է ոչ թե Բրյուսելի միջանցքներում, այլ հայ ժողովրդի կամքով։ Ձեզ չի տրվել իրավունք որոշելու՝ ով պետք է ղեկավարի Հայաստանը և ինչ ուղղությամբ։
Եթե այսօր լռենք «քննարկում» բառի տակ թաքնված այս լկտի քայլի առաջ, վաղը կստանանք հրահանգներ, հետո պահանջներ, հետո՝ պատժամիջոցների շանտաժ։ Սա դիվանագիտություն չէ։ Սա ճնշում է։ Սա ինքնիշխանության դեմ գործողություն է։ Հայաստանը գաղութ չէ։ Եվ ով փորձում է այն դարձնել արտաքին նախագծի մաս, պիտի հստակ հասկանա՝ այստեղ կարմիր գիծ կա, և այն չի ներվելու
Մի քանի բառով էլ այդ կալաս կոչեցյալի մասին ։Կայա Կալասը պատահական անուն չէ, և սա պետք է հստակ ասել։

Նա Էստոնիայի նախկին վարչապետն է, քաղաքական գործիչ, որը ամբողջ իր կարիերան կառուցել է մեկ գծի վրա՝ ագրեսիվ հակառուսական հռետորաբանություն, արտաքին հրահանգների անվերապահ կատարում և սեփական երկրի շահերը մեծ խաղացողների օրակարգին ենթարկելու պատրաստակամություն։

Կալասը հայտնի է ոչ թե որպես խաղաղարար, ոչ թե որպես հավասարակշռված դիվանագետ, այլ որպես
ռադիկալ գծի քարոզիչ, ով Ուկրաինայի հարցում աչքի է ընկել ամենակոշտ, նույնիսկ վտանգավոր հայտարարություններով՝ մշտապես մղելով Եվրոպային խորացող բախման, ոչ թե բանակցության։
Էստոնիայի վարչապետ եղած ժամանակ նրա քաղաքականության արդյունքը պարզ էր․ երկիրը վերածվեց առաջնագծի հռետորական բաստիոնի, տնտեսական ու սոցիալական խնդիրները մղվեցին երկրորդ պլան,
իսկ արտաքին քաղաքականությունը դարձավ գաղափարական ծառայություն։ Եվ հիմա նույն այդ անձը, նույն մտածողությամբ, նույն ձեռագրով, փորձում է «քննարկել Հայաստանի հարցը»։

Սա հենց այն մարդկանց տեսակն է, որ երկրները չի տեսնում որպես ժողովուրդների տուն,
այլ՝ որպես քարտեզի վրա նշված տարածք, որտեղ կարելի է փորձարկել ճնշում, սցենար, կառավարելի ճգնաժամ։ Կալասի կենսագրությունը ցույց է տալիս մի բան․ նա երբեք չի գործել փոքր երկրների իրական ինքնիշխանության օգտին։ Նա գործել է բլոկների, ճամբարների և արտաքին օրակարգերի օգտին։
Երբ նման անցյալ ունեցող մարդը սկսում է խոսել Հայաստանի մասին, պետք է ոչ թե ոգևորվել, այլ զգուշանալ։ Ոչ թե շնորհակալություն ասել, այլ հարցնել՝ ի՞նչ գործ ունես այստեղ։ Հայաստանը փորձադաշտ չէ։ Եվ Կայա Կալասի քաղաքական դպրոցը մեզ արդեն ծանոթ է՝ այն ավարտվում է ոչ թե անվտանգությամբ, այլ քաոսով ու կախվածությամբ։
