Ի՞նչ նպատակ է հետապնդում «Առինջ Մոլում» իրականացվող հարկային տեռորը

Շավարշ Բզնունյանն իր Ֆեյսբուքյան էջում գրում է՝

Արդեն տևական ժամանակ է Առինջ մոլում տիրում է լարված իրավիճակ, իսկ պատճառը՝ մոլի նկատմամբ ՊԵԿ թիրախավորված գործելաոճն է։ Այս խնդիրը այսօր այնքան աղմուկ է առաջացրել, որ արդեն հայտնվել է նույնիսկ լրատվամիջոցների ուշադրության կենտրոնում, իսկ առևտրականները դուրս են եկել մոլի սահմաններից և բողոքի ակցիաներով հանդես եկել պետական առաջնային հաստատությունների առաջ։ Իսկ պատճառը այն է, որ ՊԵԿ-ը արդեն տևական ժամանակ խաթարում է մոլի բնականոն աշխատանքը՝ իր անպատեհ այցելություններով ու իբր իրականացվող ստուգումներով ահաբեկելով մոլի աշխատակիցներին և նույնիսկ հաճախորդներին։
Եթե լրատվամիջոցնրի և բողոքի ակցիաների հարցում արդյունքներ արդեն կան, քանի որ հետզհետե ավելի շատ լրատվամիջոցներ են անդրադառնում այս ամոթալի իրավիճակին, իսկ առրևտրականների բողոքի ակցիաներին արդեն արձագանքել են մի շարք պատգամավորներ, որոնք պատրաստակամություն են հայտնել խնդիրը բարձրաձայնել ԱԺ-ում, ապա ՊԵԿ-ի դեպքում որևէ փոփոխություն չկա։ ՊԵԿ-ը շարունակում է նույն գործելաոճը։ Երեկ Առինջ Մոլում ներկա է եղել հեռուստաընկերություններից մեկը, և հենց նկարահանման ժամանակ կրկին նկատվել են ՊԵԿ-ի աշխատակիցներ, որոնք խուսափել են հարցերին պատասխանել, չեն նշել, թե ինչու են այդտեղ։ Նրանց խուսափողական դիրքորոշումը այնպիսի տպավորություն էր ստեղծում, որ նրանց ամեն օր «ուղարկում են» այնտեղ՝ ուղղակի տեղում լինելու, իրենց ներկայությամբ ավելորդ լարվածություն առաջացնելու, առևտրականներին տուգանքներով ահաբեկելու և միայն իրենց հայտնի այլ նպատակների համար։ Սա հարկե սովորական ահաբեկչություն է կամ հարկային տեռոր, որի բուն նպատակները, ըստ որոշ աղբյուների, բոլորովին այլ տեղեր են տանում։
Հասկանալու համար, որ ՊԵԿ-ի իրականացվող քաղաքականությունը Առինջ Մոլի առևտրականների ոչ այլ ինչ է քան տեռորը, բավական է հետևել վերջին օրերի իրադարձություններին կամ առևտրականների հայտատարություններին։ Իսկ դրանք վկայում են, որ առևտրականները պատրաստ են այսօր ավելի շատ հարկեր վճարել, պարզապես ոչ թե փաստաթղթավորման դժվար ու լրացուցիչ ծախսեր պահանջող ճնապարհով, այլ մեկ պատուհանի սկզբունքով։
Հենց սա արդեն մատնում է ՊԵԿ-ին և ապացուցում, որ խնդիրը ոչ թե ՓՄՁ ներկայացուցիչների գործունեության ստվերը վեր հանելն է, այլ բոլորովին ուրիշ նպատակներ, որոնք հայտնի են միայն թերևս ՊԵԿ-ի աշխատակիցներին Առինջ Մոլ «ուղարկողներին»։ ՊԵԿ-ի աշխատակիցների երեկվա խուսափողական պատասխաններն էլ ցույց են տալիս, որ նրանցից շատերը թերևս իրենք էլ չգիտեն, թե ինչու են իրենց ամեն օր ուղարկում Առինջ Մոլ։
Սա իհարկե խայտառակություն է, քանզի պետական կառույցները ամեն օր խոսում են բարեփոխումների, ՓՄՁ-ին աջակցելու, բիզնեսով զբաղվելը Հայաստանում հեշտացնելու մասին, բայց գործով աապացուցում ու անում է ճիշտ հակառակը։
