Bloomberg-ը 1,1 տրլն դոլար է գնահատել «Ոսկե գմբեթ» ՀՀՊ համակարգի ստեղծման ծախսերը

«Ոսկե գմբեթ» հակահրթիռային պաշտպանության համակարգը, ըստ Bloomberg-ի գնահատականների, Միացյալ Նահանգների վրա կնստի 1.1 տրիլիոն դոլար՝ ԱՄՆ նախագահ Դոնալդ Թրամփի խոստացած 175 միլիարդ դոլարի փոխարեն։

Bloomberg-ի հարցազրույցում ռազմական փորձագետներն անիրատեսական են անվանել ինչպես ԱՄՆ վարչակազմի՝ «Ոսկե գմբեթը» մինչեւ 2029թ․ շահագործման հանձնելու նպատակը, այնպես էլ ծախսերը 175 միլիարդ դոլարով սահմանափակելու ծրագրերը։ Bloomberg-ի գնահատականներով՝ 1.1 տրիլիոն դոլար արժեքը կարող է ավելի քան 500 տոկոսով գերազանցել Թրամփի հայտարարած ծախսերը։

Գործակալությունը նշել է, որ իր հաշվարկները հիմնված են միայն զենքի եւ պաշտպանական համակարգերի արժեքի վրա եւ չեն ներառել շահագործման ծախսերը, հետազոտությունները կամ անձնակազմի աշխատավարձը։ Այս ամենը կարող է էլ ավելի բարձրացնել «Ոսկե գմբեթի» վերջնական արժեքը, ավելացրել է Bloomberg-ը՝ ընդգծելով, որ նույնիսկ եթե հակահրթիռային պաշտպանության համակարգը շահագործման հանձնվի, չկա որեւէ երաշխիք, որ այն 100 տոկոսով արդյունավետ կլինի։

Հունվարի 28-ին ԱՄՆ նախագահ Դոնալդ Թրամփը ստորագրել է «Ոսկե գմբեթը» ստեղծելու մասին հրամանագիր։ Ըստ լրատվամիջոցի տեղեկությունների՝ համակարգը նախատեսում է տիեզերքում տեղակայել լազերներով հագեցած խափանող սարքեր՝ միջուկային զենքը ոչնչացնելու համար։ Մայիսի 20-ին Թրամփը հայտնել էր, որ ԱՄՆ կառավարությունը որոշում է կայացրել «Ոսկե գմբեթ» հակահրթիռային պաշտպանության համակարգի վերաբերյալ: Վարչակազմն առաջարկել է դրա համար հատկացնել մոտավորապես 175 միլիարդ դոլար: ԱՄՆ նախագահի խոսքով՝ նոր համակարգի ստեղծումը կտեւի երեք տարուց մի փոքր պակաս:
