Հայաստանի և ԵԱՏՄ անդամ մյուս պետությունների միջև ապրանքաշրջանառության ծավալները կայուն աճ ունեն․ ԵՏՀ

Հայաստանի և ԵԱՏՄ մյուս անդամ պետությունների միջև ապրանքաշրջանառության ծավալներն ընթացիկ տարվա 9 ամիսների արդյունքներով  2022 թվականի նույն ժամանակահատվածի ցուցանիշը գերազանցում են 51%-ով։ Միաժամանակ, ցուցանիշը 2023 թվականի տվյալների նկատմամբ պահպանել է 2 տոկոսանոց աճ։ 

Մոսկվայում «Արմենպրես»-ի թղթակցի հարցմանն ի պատասխան՝  այս մասին հայտնել են Եվրասիական տնտեսական հանձնաժողովից՝ ընդգծելով, որ առևտրի ներկայիս դինամիկան պայմանավորված է ինչպես բազայի կայունացմամբ, այնպես էլ Հայաստանի և Միության երկրների միջև առևտրատնտեսական համագործակցության դրական միտումներով։ 

ԵՏՀ-ի փոխանցմամբ՝ 2024 թվականին Հայաստանի և ԵԱՏՄ գործընկերների միջև ապրանքաշրջանառությունը բնութագրվել է կտրուկ աճով, որը ձևավորվել է առանձին առևտրային գործարքների կարճաժամկետ և ոչ բնորոշ ակտիվության արդյունքում։ Սա, ըստ Հանձնաժողովի, ստեղծել էր բավական բարձր վիճակագրական բազա, ինչի հետևանքով 2025 թվականին սպասվում է վերադարձ ավելի չափելի և իրատեսական աճի տեմպերի, որոնք կհամապատասխանեն նախորդ տարիների զարգացումների տրամաբանությանը։ 

Ըստ ոլորտների՝ ընթացիկ տարում դրական դինամիկա է դիտվել Հայաստանից ԵԱՏՄ երկրներ արտահանվող որոշ սննդամթերքների և գյուղատնտեսական ապրանքների խմբերում։ Հատկապես աճել են բանջարեղենի, մրգերի, ծաղիկների, պահածոյացված արտադրանքի արտահանման ծավալները, ինչպես նաև առանձին էլեկտրոնային սարքավորումների և կոշիկի արտահանումը։ 

Միևնույն ժամանակ, զգալի նվազում է արձանագրվել ֆերոհալվածքների, մոլիբդենի հանքաքարերի և կոնցենտրատների, ինչպես նաև տեքստիլ արդյունաբերության որոշ ապրանքային դիրքերի արտահանման մեջ։ ԵՏՀ-ի գնահատմամբ՝ 2026 թվականին սպասվում է առևտրի չափավոր, բայց կայուն աճ։ Դրանում վճռորոշ դեր կարող են ունենալ Հայաստանի տնտեսական բարձր տեմպերի պահպանումը, ԵԱՏՄ երկրների հետ համագործակցության խորացումը, ինչպես նաև լոգիստիկ համակարգերի աստիճանական կայունացումը։ Բարենպաստ կդառնա նաև սպառողական պահանջարկի ամրապնդումը։ 

Հանձնաժողովում միաժամանակ նշում են, որ առկա են որոշակի ռիսկեր, սակայն ընդհանուր դրական կանխատեսումները պահպանվում են, և ձևավորվում են փոխադարձ առևտրի վերականգնման և հետագա ամրապնդման կայուն նախադրյալներ։
